So I'm standing on my front porch

taking the dogs out for a bathroom break, and these two random girls I've never seen before come walking down the street, and this is what happens.
Random girl: "Hey, how old are you?"
Me: "Nineteen."
Random girl: "Nineteen? You look fourteen!"
Me: "... Yeah, everybody says that."

Yeeeaaah, that's kind of funny and kind of not at the same time. XD

 

Do random girls often ask you your age? If you look fourteen, shouldn't they just assume you're fourteen and keep walking? Strange people. >_>

 

I'm a sophomore and everyone thinks I should be in, like, seventh grade.

It goes both ways for me. Back home where the drinking age is 18 I could go to bars without a problem, but in the US I get carded for R-rated movies. I'm 20.

 

Well, usually people only ask me how old I am if they're talking to me anyway. If they're friends of my sister or if I'm ordering food at a fast-food place, but yeah, these random girls just asked me how old I am. *shrugs* Sometimes I just don't understand human behavior.

I was passed off as under 12 until I was 14 because it was cheaper. They gave me fricken plastic cups. .__.
Now I'm almost 18 and look 16, so meh.
