He's taking the lyrics and replacing all the members with the students in his school/class. At least that's what it appears he's doing.

 

Nope, teachers. I'm writing as an alumnus, so it needs to be about the most constant things there. I thought I needed a student for that one line though. However, it works just fine in another way. The biggest problem was Sara's verse since none of the teachers were as bad as what that verse describes. Here's what I've got. Except for that one verse, it works surprisingly well.
