    It's like £16 a month (first 2 months free) as oppose to 'bout £30. It's quite a good deal considerin' how much i would have to pay for everythin' seperate.

    I need to do those, too; I only did a standard workout on my arms, legs, and stomach, and jogged for an hour 3x a week, but it died down during the break. Now I need to get back into shape.
