So I got me some Tylenol PM

And I'm thinking about taking it to help me sleep, but I don't have aches of any kind.

Would this be an unhealthy choice?

You'll become tired alright, but tylenol might not be good if you're not actually sick, so its up to you.

If you warm up a glass of milk and put tons of sugar in it, that should send you off in no time.

I would talk to The Doktor about this sort of thing though.

 

do you use this tactic often? and if so eventually your body will build up an immunization to it and it will just be a sugar pill, so if you ever did need it... ya i bet you can see where im getting

 

I don't think tylenol works likes this.

That time was acceptable because you had a headache. Though, I'm not so sure about this time. I don't think you should. Medicine is a powerful thing.

You will be fine, trust me my mom's a nurse. With headaches and such Tylenol help and it is specifically Tylenol PM which was made for use at night because it tends to make whomever drowsy. Just be sure that you had dinner and that youre not taking it on an empty stomach, that could cause stomach upset :3

how about a steaming plate of risotto with pigsfeet served on seaweed, and crab eyes.... i dont know how i got this..... just venting ideas....
