    What kind of computer is it and how much might it cost at Best Buy? And is it a laptop?

    @Wolfie: Are the system requirements lower?

    I just got a pretty awesome computer from Staples for $450. It sounds like a lot at first, but considering what you're getting for the money, it's pretty amazing.

    And I recently tried installing KotOR, couldn't get it to work on Windows 7. ;_;

    Isn't there some kind of XP mode on Windows 7 that allows you to use XP programs? And yeah, I'll look into that. As I mentioned before, it needs to be a laptop due to the amount of traveling that I do. I also think it just wouldn't be acceptable to go into Starbuckz and take out a giant desktop computer and just start setting it up, y'know? I mean, they have to let you provided you buy a drink and are drinking it the whole time, but I don't want to go through all that trouble.

    Yeah, there is, but it still wasn't working unfortunately. ._. I'm going to give it another go though, because I've only played the XBOX version and really want to use some of the mods I've looked at.

    As for laptops, I can't really recommend good ones because I just do not like them, haha. I guess since I don't really travel I don't see a point... plus a desktop is MUCH easier to upgrade, when I have the cash I'd like to add a new PSU, a graphics card, and maybe a bit more RAM. I don't really need the RAM but if I do decide to play more games then I might.

    Ah, I see. Maybe there's a patch you can use somewhere to make it work.

    That's true. I can probably find a way to portablize a desktop. They're smaller than they were back in 05, right? If I use straps for my back and find a way to attach an external power source I can probably do something about the screen and keyboard. The only problem after that is the mouse pad because I can't stand a normal mouse. Sure it'll look nerdy, but I think it's about time the wearable computer look got its time to shine.

    I just reinstalled it and got it to work. :'D

    You could always get a slim tower. :> Gateway makes a good one.

    I Google Imaged it and that looks like it'll work perfectly. My dad and I can probably come up with blueprints for a nice rigging to keep it on my back and my mom can sew some straps. Sofie, who plans on getting a MacBook with her graduation money, might be willing to sell me her LCD screen and keyboard for a decent price. I can probably fix up a wrist strap for a USB hub so I won't have to stick my USB drive in the back where it'll be bumped around and stuff. That leaves only the problems of a power source and the laptop style mouse.

    Yes, I am totally serious about this. It's always been my dream to be a walking digital powerhouse, and you Misty have inspired me to make it happen!
