Kind of followed a tutorial, but more like of applied a few techniques of it.

Looks pretty good, I suggest working on the lighting though, the lighting in V1 seems too bright and in V2 it seems almost right, but you should just brighten it up a little bit.

And what's up with the different colored shapes near him? Get rid of that and that part will be perfect.

Now the text is good I'll give you that, but you should have it more blending into the backround it will give it more effect... :)

And I think that's about it, great job on this sig I give it an 8/10 :D
