Go out & play sports or some other physical activity, it can really help you sleep at night.

did you go to the doctor? if your mom wont listen, go to the doctor.

its never happened to me. but once, i was sleeping, and had this dream, i was screaming, and when I talked, nothing came out, and when i opened my eyes, i couldn't talk. nothing came out...thats the closest thing thats happened to what happens to you.

i didn't go to the doctors because it didn't happen again. but you still should go. maybe you do have asthma.

=_= i should really read all the posts lol. yeah i see your better ^^

but still, go to the doctors, it might happen again...

yes. i found out why I have these attacks!

When I cry, I stimulate my breathing into a certain way, and the oxygen doesn't flow right in my lungs, which causes that to happen. This also happens when I'm scared to death, nervous, or when I breath heavily from working myself.

Ummm...it happend to me once or I think twice,I was eating taco bell and then i started to feel pewkish!I started to cry to mommy she said to liay down,I did but no work i was shaking and didn't feel so good.

Then in mexico i had sunburn and my granny put sun tan lotion on it,well I went to the jacuzi that time too!And then i went to bed and I started to shake and it was so dark!I fell asleep luckily few!
