Yes... Rikus#1fangirl is having breathing problems in her sleep and needs someones advice. I just wish I could of somehow helped.

 

Well she does have some of the symptons of Asthma so I think she should seriously ask the doctor about that.

 

well, I actually told some of my friends, my cousin and sister.. and I found out that my friend Ellana, she had the same problems.. Everything I had, she had... She said she had it for a couple of months...She said just drink alot of water before I go to bed, and it'll be gone in a week..^^

Well, I haven't slept all night...its 7:14 am here and I didn't sleep yet, but I had some breathing problems around 3 or 4 am, but it was nothin serious...I lost control of my breathing for about 5 or 10 seconds

 

When you can't breathe is it inly through your mouth. Like have you tried breathing through your nose?

 

It's good to know you have a cure. Water is the answer to everything XD hope it works for you.

heh lucky me every like 6 nights i ether cant sleep or i wake up gasping ...... strange enough most times im being choked in my dream before it happens

 

The problem could be that something has changed in your life, something that has made you nervous, angry, or another emotion, something you are not use to.

Also have you taken any damges to the head?
I mean the nervous system controls your actions like movement and breathing and the brain controls the nervous system, and if your brains been damaged then you nervous system doesn't work as properly, and if your asking why it only happens at certain moments its because of certain emotions, that happen at certain times.
I have another idea why this could happen but you might be offended an is quite personnal, so whether you would want to talk about it in private.

actually, my dad has this thing called sleep apnia that can be fatal. when you sleep, your body stops breathing and you can actually suffocate. its pretty serious. i dont think thats what you have because i think you usually have to be older, but i definitely think its something to check out. it could be asthma, or when you said you lost control of your body it could even involve some sort of siezures. whatever it is, if it persists, you should talk to someone about it, be it your mom, a nurse at school, or some other person of that sort. its not something to post on here because i doubt anyone on kh-vids can do anything about it. any medical problem should be dealt with in real life, so check it out with an adult. good luck!
