Sleep Troubles

no I am not stupid...i cannot tell my parents..they will not believe me...


besides, I was okay last night... i didn't hapen again thank god ^^

 

even if they dont believe you it cant hurt can it maybe by some strange act they will believe you kkk

 

You don't LIVE with my parents, you don't know what they will believe or what they won't .. I do! you just understand...I know you want to help, but i can't tell my parents...

 

then let other people in it gets rid of some of the stress most of the time

 

I think it's a type of asthma. It sure does sound like it. Althought, the 'can't control my body' part puzzles me a bit.

I'd tell your parents about it, and if they don't listen, try calling a doctor by yourself. Yeah, it might not work, but it wouldn't hurt? Get their attention somehow.

Have you looked on the internet for anything?

 

no...I javen't yet.. i don't think its asthma...at first i thought it could be seizures or something, but they've been calming down.. Last night before I went to bed, i had one that lasted for about 10 seconds...they usually last about 30 seconds..if not more...

 

I don't know...10 seconds is still pretty bad.

I still think it's a kinda of asthma, but the second part of this doesn't fit in. There's a piece of the puzzle we're missing...

Oh well, my best advice would be to INSIST to them that you really need help and don't be afraid to tell them that... well, you're afraid.

Like I said, insist.

And if they still don't listen, try talking to other relatives, or parents of close friends.

Someone is bound to help, I'm sure of it =D

 

her parents might believe her if she told them or if she told a few people and they were there to help convince her rents

 

I have had problems where I wake up and feel like I'm going to be sick but nothing like this at all. You need to tell loads of people I'd say and get someone you've told talk to your parents about it, they have got to believe it. I don't know what else to say, if you're parents don't believe you then well woah...

Ya know, God might be trying to tell you something...(not joking)....I mean, thinking about that just freaks me out, but if your mom dosen't beleive you then mabey you should talk to a doctor in the area.......or pray.(NOT JOKING)

 

Master could be right, no harm in trying. I have prayed alot and sometimes it has worked. Take it into your own hands.

 

I know what you mean about not telling your parents. Some things it's just so awkward and you don't want to tell them. I have some problems like that too. When this happens you can't breath and what alse? I'm going to look this up and see if I can find any answers for you.
And you said you can't move or something like that. When this happens is there a part of you that hurts? Also some people said you might have astha so do you get very tired when you run lately or anything of that nature?

 

I can move.. I struggle and try to breathe... THe only thing that hurts is my throat, and that's where I'm trying to breathe...

 

I wonder if you maybe need your touncils removed? Look into a mirror and see if your touncils or really puffy or anything.

 

maybe u have asthma cuz my brother does it what u desribed kinda happens 2 him sometimes but idk why don't u tell ur 'rents or someone who will listen and maybe dey can take u 2 a doctor hope u get better :)

Sneezing
Moodiness
Headache
Runny/stuffy nose
Coughing
Chin or throat itches
Feeling tired
Dark circles under eyes
Trouble sleeping
Poor tolerance for exercise
Downward trend in peak flow number

and when it happens is it kinda like this?
Wheezing
Coughing
Shortness of breath
Tightness in the chest

 

Only this happens
