Maybe not sleep deprivation. But let's just say that I had a horrible bout of insomnia last night that I'm sure you don't want to know the cause of. Suffice to say that I'm only running on about an hour and a half worth of sleep.

I have found that sleep is like some kind of drug. You want more of it yet you can never get enough. Also...it's so easy to get addicted to sleep.

You could go to one of those sleep clinic things. They hook you up to wires while you sleep, and find out what's wrong with you and how to fix it..

I know why I couldn't get to sleep last night. And for the sake of the male population, I'd rather not disclose details.

I have sleep apnea, so I know what it feels like to run on an hour and a half of sleep. About the other problems, however...

Tried sleeping for 4 hours. Said '**** it' and watched tv until about 5 in the morning. Tried falling asleep again and woke up about 7 for work.

Hmm... talk about it with your doctor, or take some sort of sleep medication. Make sure you take it 8 hours before the time you wanna wake up, so it'll work properly. Usually it'll say 7, but 8-9 is the best <3

I have that once every while.... That makes me afraid to sleep sometimes cause i wake up choking D:
