Skateboard or Guitar?

PRACTICE MORE D: Did you learn any songs? I've mastered the Spanish Theme and the first 2 lines of Ode to Joy within 3 days ;D

Also, I got some tips for hand placement from my teacher if you want.

 

Oh well it was in a class I took two years ago. They have a beginner's guitar class now too but you have to have a year of music before you take it.

I'd do it if I had someone to teach me, not like a teacher though lol.

Anyway, you should try placing your thumb on one of the frets to make an anchor, which will let your fingers move more smoothly. You move your thumb up or down on the fret depending on what fret and string you need to play.

 

I meant it as in like if one of my friends knew how and would teach me that would be cool, but I'd hate to have an instructor. :x if I sat down and worked at it I could probably play the keyboard, but I'm much too impatient.

 

It's not that hard to learn the first few strings. I'd teach you if I had the chance, but you just seem picky with instruction :<

 

It's probably because I'm too lazy to learn. :v

i have both and personally i carry skateboard instead. you might get teased if someone asks you to play and you end up getting stage fright.
