Say to them:
One knight, a nurse and a doctor went into an abandon building, no one was in there. The next morning, 3 people came out. How is that so?

trick:
you say 'KNIGHT' but they hear 'NIGHT' not knight ^^

answer:
one knight - K N I G H T ((spell it out))

---so keep asking them what color is _____ till all they say is green and they have it stuck in their head that the answer to your next question is green. Then, ask:

What color is the stairs?

they will most likely say 'Green'

then you say:
How is the stairs green if it is a one story house?
