There usually is a way. By appealing to people, getting them to improve themselves. It depends on their willingness to accept criticism.

I understand what you mean. Perfection is boring.

What I mean is not caring to change your behavior. Worrying too much can also lead to no change in behavior. Both lead to stagnation. One of them can be reasoned with because it is based in desire and not apathy.

I understand what the section says it is for, but I stated what it is in practice. My experience with the staff outside of the section has been, "If you want to talk about the forum, make a thread in the Suggestions section." Then, when a discussion does come up in that section, my experience has been that the majority of the staff respond while most other members do not. That in itself is something I seek to avoid. I want a casual conversation among members, not between one or two members and three to five staff.

Also, the majority of the staff have always been against a change. They have said that they just don't see the point in it, argue that it will put strain on the staff that is not necessary, that the policy is the way it is and the members will have to deal with it, et cetera. The concerns of the staff always take the forefront in a discussion there.

You say it would be more productive, but productive in what sense? Fewer will either read it or post in the thread, and staff will gravitate towards it. In practice, it would only be prudent to post a thread there to make an appeal before the staff, not to hold a discussion between non-staff members. Whatever the section says it is for. Ignoring what is actually likely to happen in lieu of an official statement is not intelligent.

Okay, that's reasonable enough. I should have expected you meant something a little more reasonable and moderate.

    ...Ehhh

What are you guys doing lol? KHV is not the place to push your political ideas on others. It's a kid's forum with volunteer workers who've actually made a significant improvement over the site. Whenever you go on rants--because this is what it is; banter and complaints (though somewhat tame) you dissuade the team morale. If you have problem with a member of staff, just address them personally. Extra points if you decide to do so in a calm and nice manner. If you have a problem with something on the site, talk to us, lol. We don't bite. If you see that nothing's changed, follow it up with the staff member you talked to. We like working with people and seeing that they do care just like we do.

    guyz be nice pls

I'm sorry I meant to read that with a straight face.
I realize you all are not privy to inner staff things and there's a reason for that, not faulting you to that, but there have been heavy changes within the site as of late. Things that I'm sure can be observed from a member perspective. Our staff has faults, I am extremely comfortable admitting that. And I also know that many of you were not here in the times with Sara and Kay but things were a hell of a lot worse. You'll probably say "well obviously you will think that misty, you're in charge, you've let the power go to your head!!" but as I said earlier, I am as much a piece of this site as an administrator as I am as a member. Pull **** like you guys have been lately in 2006 - 2009, you would have been banned already.

We have a ****ing Suggestions forum. Are we really that closed to input? Doesn't your professed "three to five staff" replying to these threads mean that we are listening to member input? There is a proper mode for making suggestions, especially those of a critical nature. It's called "constructive criticism." And I'm sorry, the site is not here to bend to your political affiliations and opinions. It comes to a point where I seriously consider whether you all do this because you are genuinely upset with the state of the site or because you have nothing better to do but rail against any authority figure and try to feel "cool" and "rebellious" on the internet. The Spam Zone is not at all a substitute for the Suggestions forum.

This is a Kingdom Hearts forum for children. If you disagree with the site so much, go somewhere else. Or, better yet, go outside. All of you are very smart people and have genuinely good ideas, I'm sure you can effect positive change somewhere. There is nothing tying you to this site. If you want to leave, you don't need a permaban; change your email, change your password, block the site. I don't know why you continue to torture yourselves on a site that is so baneful to you.

Call us whatever names you like. KH-Vids is full of communist dictators (a lovely contradiction in and off itself, congrats scholars) with an out of control staff. And that Misty girl! How dare she! Get her panties in a knot because you all are flat-out insulting the site with no purpose. Good work. You've made it a pleasure to be here.

^ Kay style rant. Look at what you all have forced me to.

I apologize if this is harsh. I am not addressing the majority here. I will probably regret this later on and I will probably apologize for it. I just really think that the following point needs to be driven home:
This is a Kingdom Hearts forum on the internet.
