Did anyone else take the Chemistry Regents today?

I live in NY. Never taken regents. Never will :D

 

I didn't take Chemistry this year because I took BOCES.

I did have to do the English regents, however. That Castle Garden one was easy. The Environment one, however, I BSd my way through :lolface:

 

I was previously playing a lovely game of chess and I had taken my opponent's queen.

My girlfriend took it today, she said it was eh. Then again, her teacher spends more time talking about donuts, cookies and the like than chemistry.

 

I only took the living enviroment in Janurary, the global studies one yesterday and i still gotta take my alegrebra friday, god i hate these things

 

Oh lol, if you hate Regents, you're gonna love AP's if you ever take 'em.

 

I have part 2 of the English as well as Intermediate Geometry/Algebra tomorrow, and then US History on Friday.

Took it too! My essays were so cheesy, lol. I hate Task I & II because they're so dull. You can't have any fun with them. I basically summarized the chart on the Environment one in the first paragraph and then summarized the passage in the second. xD

Oh my teacher usually makes jokes about Italians and talks about her daughters and her trips to Vegas and how to gamble in the place of Chemistry, but it was shockingly easy.

Took Global yesterday too. Easy, but those damn essays took me a while.

Are you serious? Your school system is messed up, haha. I'm taking English now (end of sophomore year), took Geometry at the end of Freshman year, and US History at the end of Junior year.

 

The essays weren't bad I'm pretty good at DBQ, I can't stand Thematic though

 

Well technically I didn't need to take Chemistry, I just needed a science credit.

Yeah, they're easy but they take a long time for me to write. But that might just be because I'm a slow writer.

 

I kicked Chemistry in the balls this morning.

I think I actually learned as I was taking the test, like there was a lot I didn't understand until this morning, when a sudden understanding washed over me and goddamn, I think I got high 90's.

I have never been this confident about a chemistry test before.

 

What grade you in? If you had chemistry I would guess 11th or 12th

I'm in 10th, but I took Biology in 8th grade because I'm apparently great at school?

 

Fun=/=Essays.

We take English after 3 years. And if I get at least a 90 I can take 101 and 102 next year 8D
My school has 2 Geometry classes.
And next year I have to take Algebra II. I AM GOING TO DIE.

I actually really want to take Chemistry but I can't fit a lab into my schedule. DAMN YOU GYM FOR TAKING UP SPACE. I wanted to blow some **** up...
Instead I have to take Physics XP

I took Biology last year, except my school was stupid about it and called it Living Environment.
The textbooks even had Biology on the front.
