Well I made this tutorial for Chaser007 but I decided that there may be other people that needs help with making borders so I put it here. There arent any pictures because this is such a simple process that there isnt even a need for it lol.

Thanks lol. I've just seen so many people complain about not knowing how to put borders that I thought I'd might as well show the PS users how to make it and what some of the settings do. I might make one on how to make more advanced borders in the future.
