Notice how it's not completely covering the blue on the right:

It appears correctly for me. If others are having the issue, please do post with information on your setup.

Seems to be an issue with resolution or scaling? Not sure if that has anything to do with the style or the browser itself. It displays fine for me on all the browsers I've tried it on (FF, Chrome, IE) but when zooming in/out there are certain zoom levels where the issue arises but then it goes away with an increase in zoom.

EDIT: Just for reference, 200% and 300% are when the small error occurs. Every other zoom level is fine.

I can confirm this same behavior. At normal zoom level (100%) is where the "issue" occurs.

@Misty, @libregkd, I'm not sure if it's because it's worse on my laptop and I just haven't noticed yet or if it's because Firefox updated--probably the latter, but it hasn't rolled to my desktop yet, I don't think.

This is how it looks now on my laptop with Firefox 41.0:

@libregkd, @Plums, it sounds like this is an issue with Firefox 41+ and not the style, as a user on XenForo made a bug report here not too long ago.

Hopefully XenForo is able to do something to work around it.

Posting to say that the positioning is now correct, but the little orange block with the magnifying glass is missing. I'm using Chrome.

I'll check on my laptop later when I'm at college, which has Firefox, and see if it's like that there, too.

If this needed to be a separate thread, feel free to move it accordingly.

I'm noticing the same thing, and I'm using Chrome on Windows 10.

Cool. Although I guess I was wrong on the first issue. There's still a slight gap between the orange and the edge of the navigation bar.

Not that its that big of an issue but I am getting the original problem (not really a problem tho lol). If the original theory was it has to do with resolution/scaling that would make sense. At 3840x2160 w/150% scaling (which is what I use 99% of the time) I get this issue with the orange section not covering the entire area properly. Just figured I'd add in some extra information as I doubt many users on here use 4K lol.

I don't know if this has always affected me and I just didn't notice, but now that I see it, I can't unsee it.

I use Project Palemoon as my browser. As soon as I zoom in, it fixes itself, but at normal resolution, it's slightly off.

It's not a huge issue, just aesthetic. A cosmetic discrepancy, at the most.

I don't really mind it. If anything, it kind of emphasizes that the search button is a button, if that makes sense.

    Still... I can't unsee it
