Lately I've been looking around for purple contacts to make a Lelouch cosplay, but I can't for the life of me find the right shade. Either it's too light or too dark. Anyone willing to help? I'm still gonna be looking on my own, but this would be a massive help. Nonprescription of course.

Have you tried online? Many cosplay websites make something if you order it.

I did a quick search for cosplay contacts and it seems that people basically assume you can find the "normal" purple eyes yourself. If you want the special eye you can go here, granted cosplay stuff gets pricey.

EDIT: Looking up Lelouch screen shots his exact shade seems to vary, and truly you can just go with the closest shade you can get your hands on easily. Simply having purple lenses at all should be effective.

For ONE lens. That's $320 for a normal person.

Nope. Geass can quite happily be in one eye only.

That and I'm doing it without his Geass active.Though it would be cool to have one Geass lens, two purple lenses, and then put one purple lens over the Geass lens and learn to take off the purple lens exactly like Lelouch does.

Do what I do when looking for Aqua/SOLDIER Blue/Green contacts, look online, find a stockists and check the colour in the store.
Speaking of which, I do need some new green ones since I'm dying my hair red again...

You think finding purple lenses are hard, at least that's a natural eye color.
Try finding golden contacts. And then convincing your mother that they won't kill your eyes.

Golden eyes are natural. It's a very rare eye color though.

I'm also curious...how does your mom think contact lens are going to kill you?

My parents both sell glasses and lenses for a living. The contact lenses themselves are probably harmless. However when buying lenses online people usually skip the "doctor advices" paragraph : wash your lenses everyday with a specific liquid and always wash your hands before touching the lenses. Lenses don' t kill, but bacterias would certainly be quite happy to throw a party in your eyes.

I imagine in the usual way. They'll get her pregnant, then she'll die. Because pregnancy is fatal.
