Well if you've established yourself for much longer than she has you have the home court advantage. And if she's really as much of a prick as you say her attitude won't last as long as you already know more people who in turn know you well.

Just Come up with some incredibly clever insults! That always works for me. Call em out, make her feel like an idiot, a freak, play dirty if you have to! do whatever it takes to make her leave you alone. Is she spreading rumors about you? Do the same, turn everyone against her! You have brothers right? Are they older....? Well I guess you could save that as a last resort... The only way to beat a bully is to be better then them at their own game. You could try talking to her, but I doubt that'll work.
