I'd go to Norway, a bit of hiking up a mountain would be enjoyable. Probably die from heart attack, but the views would be worth it.

 

If you decide to go, I'd take you to pulpit rock. 2-3 hour hike for a view of Lysefjorden (The Lyse Fjord)
