I'm wore out from volleyball practice.

But it's not as bad as tomorrow'll be.

Madi and Amber, the assistants, are in charge.

at one of my cheer practices, the coaches had a meeting so they put the students in charge... well, they tried to make us do a high kick and then land in the splits... one of my team mates ended up pulling a muscle... it ticked me off >.<

 

Oh God!

One of our players dived for the ball, and she hit the floor and ended up knocking her shoulder out of place.

Actually, she didn't feel a thing.

She just popped it back into place and went right back to playing.
