Well neither do you apparently. Besides I'm on my feet all day with only a half hour break. You are sitting down.

But not all day.

Today in volleyball practice, I had to do conditioning.

Which was: stretching, cones, suicides, jogging, wall sits, more jogging, a 5 minute stretching period, criss-cross jumping, stairs, leg lifts, cones again, suicides again, hitting the ball before it went out of bounds, then running as hard as we could from the net and back.

 

Well, see ya!

 

Oh yeah, I forgot about that.

I swear, I'm a weakling.

 

So am I. I can't even run a mile. I have to walk it.
