I personally think that Xaldin would put up a better fight than Riku.

 

I'm actually looking more forward to Xaldin vs. Xemnas than Riku vs. Xemnas xD

hehe its obvious riku dies to easily... i dont know if you all can make him better but if you could it would take to long so throwing xaldin in will resolve the problem since he was heavily requested and barely didnt make it in RR...
maybe riku would be in the tournament again later by one of the RR "spin offs"
otherwise.... riku was just to week and xaldin is better...
cloud should be removed two....
(cloud and riku are my favorites in the game soo its kinda sad that i am saying this)
their movesets are way to small :(

Wait, seriously?! Is it because you were having coding issues with Riku, or was it purely because you felt like it?!

I'm slightly pissed off. After all, if people had wanted Xaldin in the tournament to begin with, they would have voted him in.

 

I think it's not so much that Riku lacks moves, or that he's underpowered, I really think it has more to do with the tournament choice match up. In which case it should be said Riku probably lost fair and square. I assumed this would happen from watching that preview video of Xemnas vs Riku.

If they wanted to be completely fair, and this tournament was actually about determining who was the most powerful fighter (meaning the fights weren't rigged beyond imagination, nerfing some fighters in the process for the sake of the viewer's entertainment) then Riku would have lost hands down to Xemnas, that shield simply put up too much of an obstacle for any of Riku's attacks.

Don't think I'm saying there's anything wrong with those adjustments, I'm just saying that while either choice of recording would be fine, simply that not rigging the fights, (nasty word, honestly I am at a loss for a kinder one) and posting the actual results would be easier to deal with. XD

Also, if you're not going to show the video between Xemnas and Riku, would you be willing to give us a rather detailed play by play of how badly he got owned?? Personally I'm curious as to how it went down.

Something like that I'm guessing. *shrugs*

 

in actual fact, it wasnt that riku got horrendously owned that stopped us from using him. well, it was, but, there are better reasons:
1. Stat mods Didn't seem to work on him. this means we couldnt make the fight fair at all, not without making the fight 30 seconds long (not exciting at all...)
2. He used potions that didnt exist on himself, even after we removed them all AND his auto potion ability.
3. At any rate, the battle would have been less than 3 minues, even WITH riku's potion spamming tendencies...

there were a few more glitches, but i choose not to mention them.
Also, we by no means rig the fights at all. sorry that a few of you feel that way.

 

Some of you think Cloud is Rigging this matches? that's outrageous! I hope you guys know He doesn't have to do do this. This was Made to entertain kh-vid members. And, it's very difficult to do this, You people that are saying it's rigged, or might start flaming cloud, i'd LOVE
To see you try what he does. See if you can make it any better then he can...

 

I wasn't implying that he was rigging it, and I'm sorry if it sounded that way. I just wanted to know the logic behind his actions. Now that he has explained the situation, I'm okay.

And I TOTALLY respect what he's doing. After all, that would take mad-coding skills that most of us would never even dream of having.
