Rosey's Opinion on changes in Staff

I was you know browsing the site and then i looked and I was like "...oh **** what happened to the staff?"

After further investigation into the suspicious disappearance of certain staff and addition of others, I felt the need to write my opinion on it. If you are going "omg who are you" or "omg go get a life you loser" then dont read it. Just go **** yourselves instead.

The "Removed from power"
Lets first talk about this for a minute. Well, none of them quit. They were just BAM SNAP CRACKLE POP removed. We have three here =D

Orange: Personally, i am aware of why she was removed. Didnt do enough, wasnt exciting, didnt contribute blah blah blah blah blah. God sounds like what people said about me after I stopped giving a **** about staffing. Honestly people, she had the RP and Creativity corner. What the **** are you supposed to do with either of those? "OMG GUZIE, RP IN WRONG PLACE A DURHUR" How are you supposed to be creative with that? Believe me, I have moderated those sections, and those are the suckiest sections ALIVE. You cant do anything with those, how do you expect someone to be "exciting" with those sections if they are ****ing horrible sections to begin with? You cant make gold out of a piece of cow ****.

Hissy: Meh, kind of inactive. But its hissy. :/ Did anyone TRY and talk to her about this?

The people who actually benefited

Basically the people who made staff. Again, three people.

Advent or Iona or who ever the **** you are now: ...what? Really now? Really? I did not see that coming. At all. Like honestly, you have some ****ed up history on this site, I remember being so ****ing pissed at you sometimes when i was on staff for stunts you pulled. How you got staff, I will never know or understand. I dont approve of this decision. Prove me wrong. And also RP section? Have fun working with that one. Sucker.

Fayt who ever: ....Who the **** ARE you? Do I know you? I feel like I remember you being kind of a noob. Go figure. Again, how did you get on staff? I will add this to the list of things "Katie wonders about" with such things as "Why Obama isnt keeping to his promise to pull us out of Iraq in 18 months" and "Why this site sucks." Moving on.

Carey: The only one I actually APPROVE OF! YES! Good guy, great coder, should be good. Lookin forward to it.

Why the hell isnt Jerome on staff yet? HONESTLY, he was like being debated about when i was ****ing on staff. Like six or so months ago. what the hell guys. What the hell. Jerome on staff now plz?

I love you Rosey. and Like this would probably be my last last post.
First of all.... KHV now offically sucks ass.
I was here for 3 years and the changes have been kinda bullshit.
Some of the staff that were on there and "quit" or has some bullshitting fight. THEY were the hearts of the orginal KHV, I still wish some people that come on now, would be able to see how it was before. But now.... it's just full of stuff I can't stand. OMG Don't start me with the bickering... actually, I won't. LOL if you want to know just ****ing ask me. =]

A lot of really hated people become staff sometimes. It's because they are qualified and even if they are noobs, they eventually learn the ropes.

Plus, I don't know why all the sudden people have to be Jesus to be up for staff. Anyone can be staff. It just so happens more-well-known individuals get it. It's a dumb tactic but that's what happens. At least Kay didn't follow that entirely.

Yes, because if you don't know a member or you have a bad personal opinion of them, they can't be staff simply because you deem it so.

This site was best way back before premmies and the weird white and blue layout <_>. I may not be the oldest member, but I still remember that.

hiring more staff is an incremental process, the two that were hired aren't supposed to be the only changes, they were just the quickest decisions made, and jesus christ all of 2 people were actually fired, get the sand out of your vagina, that's hardly a big whoop-dee-doo and call for REVOLUTION

 

Wow. Is there some law that states staff have to be overly dramatic? Seriously, I see it everywhere I go.

Lemme just lay this out:

CtR is in her own words, too nice, and in other people's words, on a power trip.

Rosey has criteria of >jesus and sand in her vagina. 0.o

Darkwatch wants a dictatorship.

SPdude wants to be left alone to pay for the site.

Xaldin is busy banging up his hot girlfriend.

Advent=50% nice guy

And everyone who was around 3 years ago (3 years? Starting to sound like Haruhi...) thinks this place sucks, even though they remain here.

Finally Pika_power about to get some de-repping because he collates the opinions of others into one post and presents them as fact. :p
