Return of the Angels: Harry Potter/Final Fantasy VII

"That's correct 'mione, now then my assistant, Mrs. Lockhart shall help you with the task of befriending this 'ere Griffin an' also protect ya lot from any unnecessary attacks." Hagrid said.

 

Tifa slid off the griffin and stroked its neck. "Alright, make sure you're calm as you approach it. Form a line." The students form a line, Tifa calmed the griffin as the students approach it.

 

Ron was certainly glad it wasn't a spider but it was a dangerous creature nonetheless as he went in line.

Draco sneered at the Griffin and Tifa Lockhart as he didn't really care.

 

Sephiroth started to walk down a field of grass passing Alex and Ginny. It wasn't that he did notice them it was the fact that he didn't care that they were skipping

 

Tifa smiled at the students as they stroked the griffin. She thought of something, and said, "Who would like to ride the griffin?" The students backed off, leaving Hermione.

"I rode Buckbeak last time. So you ride the Griffin." Harry told her, Hermione sighed and approached the griffin, Tifa smiled and placed Hermione on the griffin as well as herself. "Giddy up!" The griffin took off into the air.

 

Ron watched in awe as the Griffin took off as Draco did as well.

Alex opened an eye to see Professor Sephiroth passing by and judging by him not telling off he didn't care what they were doing.

 

Sephiroth put out his hand and summoned a plain old kattana in his hand. Suddenly a bunch of shadow creatures appeared and surrounded him

 

Ginny was too busy sketching to notice Professor Sephiroth.

Harry watched them, smiling as he remembered riding Buckbeak. Hermione was scared at first, but the griffin glided through the sky, Hermione held out her arms and smiled. Tifa smiled and held her arms.

 

Alex closed his eye as Sephiroth was gone and out of sight. "What you sketching Ginny?" Alex asked her.

Ron looked at Hermione. "Who would of thought she'd be brave enough for that." he said to himself.

 

"Yeah, I always thought she would read books the rest of her life." Harry smiled. Hermione and Tifa flew over the lake, and around the castle before landing in front of the students. Tifa slid off and helped Hermione off. "That was incredible, Tifa!"

"The beauty I see." Ginny answered.

 

Sephiroth smirked as each to the shadow creatures jumped at once at him. Sephiroth immediately slashed all of them at once and cleaved them in two "that was a waste of time" Sephiroth said as he immediately began walking back. As he noticed Ginny and Alex. He immediately threw hit sword straight at Alex. the sword missing his head by only an inch

 

Alex's head didn't move as he heard Ginny gasp and Alex sat up, obivously not bothered. "That's dangerous you know Professor, if I didn't know any better, I'd say you're trying to kill me." Alex had calmly said he brushed the grass off his pants.

 

"hpmh what would you do if I was trying to kill you" Sephiroth said

 

"Give you a challenge and see how strong you are, plus, I knew you would be trying to get my attention somehow since you and myself use the same sword basis." Alex said as he looked at Sephiroth.

 

Sephiroth began to laugh "get your attention? you have it all wrong. Did you forget Im a teacher. Im not going to let students go around breaking the rules so easily" Sephiroth said

 

Harry slowly approached the griffin, but as if sensing something, the griffin became to go crazy, attacking Tifa and Hermione. Hermione quickly brought out her sword and Tifa held up her fists.

Ginny grew worried at what happening between Alex and Professor Sephiroth.

 

"You would say the same if you were in my shoes about Divination using teacups and stars to tell your fate, I honestly don't care about that sort of stuff, I prefer to make my own choices instead of following that boring place." Alex said with honesty and he grabbed the hilt of Sephiroth's Musamune and pulled it out the ground, looking at it briefly before throwing it back to his teacher.

Draco stepped back and did Ron did with the other students.

 

Sephiroth caught the sword easily and closed his eyes "I really don't care what the reason is. In the end you skipped and now both of you will suffer the consequences" Sephiroth said

OOC: just to note, the sword was not Masamune

 

Tifa and Hermione tried to hold back the griffin, Harry stood where he was, a empty look in his eyes. Hermione slid across the ground, and noticed Tifa ran off somewhere. She groaned as the griffin attacked her again, Tifa returned on her chocobo with a rope in her hand. She tossed it on the griffin's beak and hopped on it's back, calming it down. Tifa smiled, but gasped, Hermione was suddenly kneeling on one knee, gripping her sword. Her hair was cut short and wounds were on her body. Hermione coughed up blood.

"I'll take Hermione to the hospital wing, continue the lesson!" Tifa picked Hermione up and ran off. Harry smiled.

Ginny noticed Tifa and Hermione and ran after them.

 

Alex watched Ginny run after Tifa and Hermione. "Let her go, it's relaly me you want professor." Alex said calmly.

Draco sneered. "looks liek the mudblood got what was coming her." He said to his housemates as Hagrid spoke up loudly.

"All righ' you lot, let's end it here before somethin' else happens." Hadgrid called out, if the same situation with Buckbeak were to happen again, he'd hate to see it repeated.
