"I'm not. I'm in collage, no job, and only reason I am in collage is cuz I beat the principle at a game of chess, a few weeks after I got out of the happy hills insanasylum" matt said. "Make me in charge of sakura tv. I also will require a mask. Simple" matt said. "And by the way, if I may ask, what is your name, and how can I reach you" matt asked.

 

"My name is Laya. And I'll give you Terri's phone number" she took a napkin off of the table and wrote the number on it

 

"Thanks. My name is nick. And as for the spokesperson thing, if you can give me a chance, can I myself get a feel for what the spc is like? Nothing major, but perhaps something of a small meeting is all that I am requesting with them" matt said

 

"Whatever makes you happy"

 

"Excellent. Unless you need me for anything else then, you can reach me at the takanaka hotel. If you need me, then ask for nick marantine" matt said as he began to leave the room, but then, suddenly stopped. "The death god. Where is it" he asked, the question just hitting him now.

 

"touch that piece of papr. Shes standing right behind me" she said pointing to the paper which she used just a little while ago to kill the Sakura's spokespoerson

Matt walked over to the piece of paper, placing his hand upon it, not knowing the reason why he had to do this though.

Later that day most of the drunkeness had worn off on L, she may be a lightweight but the effects soon worn off on her. Standing outside the front of the hotel she was bending over the railing hold onto at bottle of water, hoping that maybe that would stop the horrendous hang-over she would feel coming on. Occasionally suffering through a sharp shooting pain through her head and she was still almost completely inable to move her right hand or elbow. "Near is a sh*tload heavier then you'd think he be..."

And his head started to hurt "I know what she was talking about now...." he looked at the clock "Looks like my brithday is over,,," he sighed and sat up

 

Matt looked up at Desire, scratching his head as he looked up at him. "Hey, you look like the picture that my uncle pappy drew. Some crap about the grim reaper on the bus during a hostage situation. Guy got a hold of some note that the shooter got and that was the end of his mentallity. Ummmm, but that's besides the point. You definatly am not as scary as I thought a death god would be" matt said as he went to go poke Desire, poking the body, the wings, and even the face, curious about desire

 

L's hang over, although nowhere as bad as it could of been was still pretty bad. And she had to go back on shift today, she wasn't exactly relishing the thought. Curently sitting in one of the huge armchairs in the computer hall she was staring intently at her hand. Willing her fingers to move again, but all she could manage was a small twitch in each. This isn't good... I could loose my job if I can't move my hand again.

"Hey..." L said distractedly as he entered "Hung over much?"

 

"No, but you are fun to poke" matt said as he poked Desire even more.

 

When he tried to poke her his hand went through her

"Yes"

 

"As bad as you thought?" She asked, once again trying to clentch her fist but only managing a faint twitch in her midle finger. Damn it...

 

He looked over to her "Not as bad as you"

 

"What's that ment to mean?" L asked honestly.

 

"Nothing...."

 

"Anyway, sorry for falling onto you yesterday. It's about the only thing I remember..."
