"Oh... Okay then."

 

"Okay then..." She repeated, her gaze nervously wandering from him and away to the side again. Still trying to figure out which was least suspcious, even though she knew that what she was doing was worse then either of the others were.

 

He rubbed his forehead "You can go ahead without me"

 

"You alright sir?" She asked with obvious concern. He'd said that rather suddenly and she had no idea what he ment by it.

 

"Yeah. Just a little dizzy"

 

"You should really sit down... You might collaspe again...." She said, taking hold of his arm with her hand, as though to stop him trying to carry on through it. Lana had her suspicions he would at least attempt to do that.

 

"I might..." He went over to the cloest seat and sat in it

 

"See sir, you really should be trying to take it easy..." She sighed as the walked over to him, leaning on the back of the seat "Or at least try to do less so you don't get sicker..."[ Lana added looking down at him.

 

"I can't take a break. If I do that then who would take over for me?"

 

"I don't nessicarley mean a break, just try not travel as much and sleep more, and eat more." Lana explained, exaggerating her point on the last few words by speaking them clearer. Her worry clearly obvious as she watched over him.

 

"Fine I won't travel as often....But the other two things..."

 

"I'll bl**dy well make sure you do you know. Even if it means knocking you out with a baseball bat every so often." She warned "You might wind up with a broken skull but broken skulls are easier to fix. You're just being stubbon right now you know."

 

He sighed. "I don't know to be thankful or scared"

 

"Both would be good." She laughed, ruffling his hair and ducking quickly to the side with an innocent smile.

 

"Okay." He said then started to fix his hair

 

Lana smiled at him as he tried to smooth his white hair back down. She wasn't to sure what she was thinking whilst she stood there, the wires were so crossed and the paths so mixed it was becomming harder and harder to tell what she knew and what she thought apart.

 

He got his hair back to what it was the best that he could

 

Lana's smile faded as she sighed heavily. "Just, please promise me you'll at least try sir... If nothing else... At least promise you'll try..."

 

"I will try. Promise"

 

"Thanks sir." She said, the smile returning to her face at the promise.
