Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"Okay, so L is out. Near want to come?" Benedict asked.

 

"Yeah, he's certainly not going anywhere." Lana said firmly. "He's face is seen we're all f*cked. And he's not up to it either I expect what with certain conditions..."

 

"Right. I guess I'm going alone." Benedict said walking out of the room.

 

Yuu walked down the corridor "now It'll be interesting to see what the SPK is going to do"

 

"You could take Blondie." Lana yelled after "I'm sure she'd be willing."

 

Kyra arrived at the tv station, and looked all the way up high. She then went to a nearby cafe opposite the road and opened her laptop. As far as the public is concerned, she is only a 15 year old girl on myspace in a cafe.

She then opened up an application which the general always told her it would be useful one day, and with the felicitations of her general leaving secret microscopic cameras in the tv station so that he could watch all the programmes direct from the studio, and how the people did their work, she gawped as she got a slightly blurred picture of a few men tied up, along with henchmen around the area.

 

Benedict walked up to a black car behind the SPK HQ and opened up the truck and said, "Stun grenades, check. Tear gas, check. Sedative filled needles, check. Silencers(sp), check. Alright. Ready to go."

 

while a black car drove out from behind the TV building a man with his face hidden walked out the front door.

 

Kyra switched off the camera system temporarily, and with her heart pacing like formula one, she went on myspace, just to keep her identity as a detective unknown, and began typing to someone from Canada, randomly complimenting the dress on them.

She was afraid of being caught, and faked her shocked expression by pretending to have a stomach pain, clutching her stomach. She saw a man coming out of the tv station, and recorded it on her phone, tilting her phone as if she was playing a game on it. But she did it in such a way that she was not too suspicious, and tripped up after she took the photo, still clutching onto her belly.

The guy serving looked at Kyra, and asked if she was ok, and she nodded, painfully.
Oh god, why did I come here? The danger prospects are too high here... Yet at least Yuu doesn't have my photo yet... I'm new, so he won't recognise me ... She thought, quickly attempting to stand up. She was really in pain now.

 

As the police arrived at the building the man began to run . he ran into a near hotel

 

Benedict drove his black car behind a building that was behind the news station. Benedict got out of the car and hopped a fence that was between the two buildings and slowly walked to the back door of the news station.

 

Kyra looked at the guy running, and with her pain from falling, packed her things up, gave the guy serving a tip, and walked out, normally as any 15 year old would. But her target was set this time, and she was not going to let this guy get away, yet she walked, not giving anyone suspicion, to the other side of the road, and sat down at a bench near the hotel. She began to hum a lulluby song in memory of her friend, and pretended she was waiting for a boyfriend. After all, she is like any 15 year old... apparently. As far as anyone is concerned, she's a sweet, short kid on a day out.​

 

Benedict walked into the news station from the back and looked around to see if there was any hostile(sp) treats around.

 

The black car that had been driving out from the back of the building stopped a few meters in front of Kyra. Yuu stepped out "thanks for the ride"he said as the car began to move "Now for my mystic escape"Yuu said to himself as he walked down the street the opposite way of kyra

The building was filled with guards mostly playing poker

 

Benedict walked down a hall and not one treat was there.

 

Kyra kept a close watch on people, and sat there, humming quietly to herself. She felt a strange, scary sensation when a particular guy passed down the road (instinct) like as if she can remember the manner someone she remembered, and didn't like walked, and almost hyperventilated, until her phone rang, an alarm saying, ''Cadete anniversary party as 23:00 hours.''
She sighed, and kept her head down like any ordinary teen her age, and fiddled with her goggles.​

 

Yuu was not paying attention to anything, the thrill of what he just had done was still affecting him, it looked like he was about to explode from happiness

 

Unexpectedly, Kyra suddenly trembled, and regaining her courage, she stood up, and walked in Yuu's direction unintentionally, since the telephone booth was in the same direction as the path he was taking. She just wanted to hear a friend's voice, even if its over the phone. She skipped, accidentally dropping her goggles on the floor. She went back to collect it. She was wearing short clothes for today, and because she has a fear of perverts looking at her when she picks up her goggles, she shuddered in disgust. She looked on at who she assumed was Yuu walking into a hotel at the end of the road, just about, and picked up her goggles swiftly.
