Return of Kira: Part Two-Betrayal

"At least your sleeping I guess." Lana laughed softly. Brushing her hair from her face again.

 

"Yeah..Goodnight...afternoon..whatever." He closed his eyes. He was crawled up a bit to fit on the couch anf he hugged her like he did before

 

Lana laughed again to herself and carried on watching the film.

 

He blocked out the noise from the movie so he cold sleep. He went to bed bed within seconds. At first he was still but later he started to stir

 

"You think he's alright?" Lana asked Mellody, who seemed to be to engrossed in the film to even notice she was being spoken too.

He hugged her tighter whe the movie was at the credits when his eyes opened and he looked around, kind of shocked. He then looked up at her. "Sorry... That was kind of random.." He shook his head, as if trying to clear it

"Yeah... It was... You alright? You seem a little freaked out or flustered or something and you weren't even watching the film." Lana asked with concern.

He turned his head so she couldn't see his face as he wiped his eyes before any tears could come out. "I'm fine. Just a bad dream."

 

"You sure? You look really upset..."

 

"Like I said, just a bad dream."

 

"About what? Sorry if I'm asking a rather insensitive question."

 

He looked at Mellody then hugged Lana tighter. "You...di-" He couldn't finishe the word.

 

"Well I didn't, did I?" Lana said softly. Hugging him tightly.

 

"I know, just a dream."

 

"Exactly." Lana nodded.

 

"Still...I hated it."

 

"Like we just said, it was just a dream. And it's over now, so there's nothing to hate."

 

He nodded.
