Mellody smirked at the both of them, shooting a disturbingly demanding gaze at Near. "No offense, but this isn't the time for hugs, nor is it the time for that 'boo-hoo it's my faults sh*t either!"

She took a step towards Near, every inche of her body threating to launch itself at him at any moment. "Now i don't give a living sh*t about what you think, Near, or whatever the hell's going through your mind, Theory" A slightly mellodic tone took over now. "All i care about is that my friend's been kidnapped, and you two are too f*cking busy playing emo to do anything about it!"

She lunged her hand out towards Near, aiming to grab him by the collar but stoping herself mere centimeters away. "Now i swear to god, if ANYTHING happens to her, expect to be the ones bitten on the ar$e."

And with that, she spun around and stormed off, not even bothering to look back, or see the chaos she had just formed.

Near took a step back when Mellody was close, but calmed down when she left. "She's right..."

 

OOC- In all fairness I was asleep when he posted it ._.

"Sorry, I'm not the best of people when it comes to real help or advice..."

"Well that's not needed now. We have to help Lana."

Mellody sighed, managing the hallway in only a few strides, and partially regretting what she had done...

What if they HAVE been trying to figure this out, or maybe had found a clue, and had sent agents, or they could've even She shook her head. No, i did what i did and even if they have, i'll do this my own way.

Her hand went to her mobile, a single number popping up. Even if it had been years since Mello (a small lump appeared in her throat) She still had one contact, and she knew that she wouldn't let her down...

Biography: Roxanne met Mello not long after he left Wammy’s house, and in many ways she is responsible for Mello’s behaviour as she was the one who introduced him to the world of organized crime. She enjoys nothing more then rebelling against society simply because she can. There isn’t any real depth to her position on crime, other then that was simply how she was brought up to be as she was the daughter of the leader before Mello took over.
She was one of the only four of the gang to survive the events of Death Note. Now she's taken control of her own gang, though they tend to follow a more 'Kira' style path in that they don't cause crime they sort out the people who commit them by taking the law into their own hands.
Additional Information: She has her reasons for taking such a harsh stance on criminals, despite the fact that she herself has commited many. During the time she spent with Mello she was physically and mentally abused by another member of the gang named 'Daemon'. However once Mello had gotten wind of it it was soon sorted out, but not before Daemon had gotten exactly what he wanted from her.

Biography: Orphaned at a young age and brought up in a children's home where she was routinlely abused by her socialworker, eventually it became too much for her and she ran away. Only to be picked up by Daemon and his gang a month or so later. She has been with them ever since, much against her will.
Additional Infomation: Was "chosen" by Daemon to fill in for Roxanne after Mello kicked him out.

"What do you mean he got away?! Are you completely hopless?!" Roxanne screamed at one of her various gang members. "What part of he isn't to escape didn't you f*cking get you dumbsh*t?!" She continued before drawing to a cold and threatening silence. The only audioable sound coming from her laboured breath as her chest pushed against her tight black dress. Then suddenly the agressive anger of the situation was destroyed but the upbeat and happy tune of Roxanne's mobile phone ringing out as Mellody's call came through.
Just one more word and I'm gonna explode,

"GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!" She bellowed before taking a deep, calming breath and flicking her shiney pink flip-phone open and answering with a cheery. "Oh em gee you ain't called me in forever Saffy, what's up hun?"

"I think I'll go check on Lidner, see what she's managed to unearth." Theory sighed. She was at a loss to what to do, not clues on where to even start the investigation into Lana's disappearance. Should she try and carry on with the Kira case while Near was doing this? But she knew she couldn't handle something the size of the Kira case herself, like she'd said before: There was a reason L had never really considered her as an heir. She was far too scatty and got attached to people with too much ease. On the other hand Near wasn't going to concentrate on the Kira case with Lana in danger, and if he did he'd be a rather poor boyfriend. But he was the only one nearly everyone thought had a chance of catching Kira. But she did have that idea... Track down Blondie and find Matt, it was simple. Too simple. But she could, she should... She MUST at least try that. She'd do that after securing Lana's postion, after that she'd go after Blondie herself.

OOC- Lana's been kidnapped, no one is taking too much notice of the Kira case at the moment because of that so that's an interesting opening <_< >_>, and I've just added two new characters for the kidnapping arch which I have been planning since I came back from Florida :3
