Implemented Rep Points

Ya, because when I derep someone, I dont want the same rep back in return. 0.0

It could be something like "Thank you for negitive reping this user. I hope you werent abusing this power. The Admins are watching"

 

People will abuse the system, every system in the world is abused someway but we just have to try our best to make everyone is equal, right?

 

Rep Suggestion

As a suggestion, wouldn't it be useful to be able to see all the rep that you collected over the years?

So maybe collect it as 25 Rep bars? per page or something.

I like looking at them.

Just go to your CP it's all in there.

 

You can't scroll down and view all of it. Or if you can I havn't discovered it.

I've been on other similar forums and I've never been able to do that.
An admin could try something but I don't really think it's possible.

 

Meh, I get rep so infequently that I don't really care who'se given me it in EVER. I just like seeing who gave it recently, although my master plan that I was going to eventually do (sign as someone else) is now impossible XP.

I don't think this going to be approved. In fact, I don't even think that's possible.

Firstly, I don't think that the server keeps a record of all the rep you have (except for the rep count of course), but just the last ones, like for example the last 10 ones. But even if it does keep a record of all your rep, I don't think there's such an option (to view them in your profile). There's probably a limit to how many a user can see in his profile. Maybe the last 10 we already can see is the limit.

 

It's been suggested before. Even the staff said they would like it. Considering we still can't do it, I'd say there's no way to change that.
Edit: I got beat by the muffin man. Besides, if I have my facts right, before you could only see your latest 5 rep, so we at least now we got more.​

 

No, all the rep messages and who gave it to you is recorded. I can view it all in the Mod CP.

If this is possible I don't see a problem with it, but I don't think it is. Sorry.

 

It is not possible to make it so we can see all rep earned in the user profiles. Sorry guys. I checked because I was going to see if I could at least give you guys more to view but there is no way. Going to close since this suggestion is a no can do.

 

Old Rep

Towards the end of this thread they were discussing looking at rep past the ten most recent. Is there anyway for us to see all of our recieved rep in pages? I know the forum keeps all of them since the staff can see it via searches and we can see it too if we look at the right post directly.

And a piggy back sugestion, would it be possible to see the rep we've given out? I'm pretty sure this one can't be done but I wanted to throw it out there just to see.

 

I've wanted to see this as well, I don't know if vBulletin will do it though. If there is a way then that would be great.

I mean, I've even heard people discussing the rules on talking about Rep lol
But yeah, I must say it is a great idea and a lot of people want it. lol
