This may be one of the few things you've said that is actually stupid. There's clearly no such thing as a real werewolf, but that doesn't mean that a werewolf in a movie can't look realistic.
It's always seemed a bit cartoon-y that Sora swings to hit with the blunt side of the Keybalde when the crowned side could do more damage. So that's not of much concern to me, lol.

Not necessarily. Gotta consider that he's swinging around a giant hunk of metal the size of a baseball bat; blunt-force trauma is a perfectly legitimate way to beat some ass. Really, assuming the teeth are sharp (which I do, since he does use the toothed end in some attacks), it's more of a cutting edge than a slashing one, which isn't always the best option.
