Seth was in shock. He held Jessie out for Kent to hold "take your daughter. You need her" Seth said

 

Abbie wandered down the streets, scared. Everyone looked so different, as if they were dead. She walked across her neightbor's house, where she saw someone crying go inside. She frowned, then walked into her house. She sighed and sat on the couch. It was very late, and she needed her sleep.

 

He took her and held her, crying more.

 

Abbie grabbed her cell-phone and walked out of the house and next door, knocking on the door.

 

Seth looked down and clenched his fist "Jessica said I can be Jessie's mentor so I will help as much as I can" Seth said and walked out "im sorry its all my fault. If only I didn't make that deal" Seth said

 

"No." he said. "I should have been paying attention."

 

Abbie knocked on the door again, waiting for someone to answer.

 

He answered the door.

 

seth looked Abbie "well you must be new around here" Seth said

 

Abbie kept her hood up, where it was raining.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bother you two, but I noticed you were crying," she said, using a sweet soft tone, gesturing to Kent.

 

"yea his girlfriend recently died" seth said

 

She gasped softly, looking at him holding the baby.
"I'm so sorry to hear that," she said, watching the little baby.
"Was that her daughter?" she asked.

 

"Yeah." he said. "It's our daughter."

 

She frowned, her eyes slightly watering.
"What's her name?" she asked.

 

Seth opened the door and looked at Kent "whatever you say never take the blame. The blame is all mine. It was me and the deal I made that caused her death and all I could to was run away like a coward" Seth said and walked out and slammed the door behind him

 

"Her name is Jessie." he said.

 

She smiled and looked at Jessie
"she's absolutley beautiful... Maybe she'll grow up to look like her mother," she said smiling. She looked up at him, smiling.
"I'm Abbie," she introduced.

 

"I'm Kent." he said.

 

Seth stood outside looking up at as the rain fell down

 

She smiled, and looked at Jessie.
"Do you mind if I... hold her?" she asked.
