"Don't follow me, or she's dead," she warned, then took off.

Jessica shook slightly, wanting to follow her, but she didn't want to jeopardize Jessie's safety.

 

He fell to his knees, tears rolling down his cheeks.

Jessica shook her head then started running as fast as she could, her speed taking her straight to Janine she tackled her, making sure not to hurt Jessie.

Janine struggled around, feeling the baby leave her arms and roll away from her. She yelled out, fighting off Jessica.

 

Seth ran up to Jessie and picked her up

 

Kent jerked his head up and saw. He ran at them, wiping his eyes and drawing his swords.

 

Janine pushed off Jessica, slashing her arm with her katana. She stood up and ran back into her territory.

Jessica breathed, and sat up, tearing off a piece of her long dress and tieing it around her wound.

 

"how bad is the wound?" Seth asked as he walked up to her

 

He stopped by them and threw a knife at Janine as she fled. He knelt by Jessica and asked "Are you both alright?" He was worried about her and his daughter.

 

Janine dodged the knife..

"Not too bad," she answered Seth, then looked up at Kent. She scoffed and stood up.
"Yeah, fine," she said upsettingly. She held out her arms for Jessie.

 

He was hurt by her reaction. "What's wrong?" he asked her.

 

Seth handed her back her daughter and looked at both kent and Janine and sighed

 

She cradled Jessie.
"Nothing," she scoffed again.

 

"I can tell there's something wrong." he said, very upset. "Is it something I did?"

 

She looked down, then back at him, with an angry frown.
"You always treat me like such a baby... Liek i can't ever handle myself when I want to. I buckle on one knee and you just pick me up without asking me. I don't want to be touched or anything when I say 'I'm Okay'. I can manage myself without anyone. I have for a hundred years, and I'm getting tired of it now!" she yelled then started walking off, heading to her house.

 

He looked down and said "I'm sorry. I care about you alot, I really do. I don't want anything to happen to you, that's why I do that. I don't know what I would do if I lost you. That's why I do it." He started crying.

 

She stopped and shook her head.
"Don't cry Kent... I can't do this anymore with you. I can't be with you anymore..," she said.

 

He looked up at her, a shocked look on his face. "Bu-but why?" he asked. "After all we've been through? After having a child? You want to leave me? But I was going to ask you to marry me! I even got a ring!" He pulled out a ring box. "I'd always wanted to have a family with you."
