Happy Holidays would be a little on the difficult side (at least for me)... but it would sound really awesome. Plus it mixes well with Christmas that's coming up soon. :D So Happy Holidays has my vote.
It depends if you want to do a fast or slow song. Personally, I'd choose Reset because I like to play slower stuff. BTW I'm doing Song of Storms from Ocarina of Time at the minute. I'm doing it on piano and I can kinda play it on flute ^_^.
I've been playing for eleven years now, and pretty much all the video game sheets I've seen so far are in my playing range. xD Yeah, I'm kinda leaning towards it too, since the other Okami song I'm playing (The Sun Rises) is faster. As are the other songs I'm playing now. And that's awesome, I should probably find some Legend of Zelda sheets soon. xD;; I'm trying to stay away from rock and non-video game music at the moment, but I'll check that out later. :]
Yeah ^_^. By the way, I just majorly fell in love with Chloud Smiles from advent children so when my printer starts working (out of both kinds of black ink) I'm gonna learn that one. I freakin' LOVE IT.
