PS3 vs. Xbox 360

Okay well, I have both and I can honestly say I play my PS3 WAY more. To me it is all around better. The games are better, the graphis are better, it is better. And plus, the PS3 is, pretty much indestructable. And, Blu-Ray discs, actually will not scratch. Anyway, MGS4 is a good reason to get a PS3 in itself.

You can hook a system up through dial-up if you plug it in to your PC through Ethernet, and share the connection.

No, the graphics are NOT better, they are equal. some 360 games beat ps3 games, some ps3 games beat 360 games, graphics is out of the question.

 

Oh, and whatever you do.
dont buy all the games at once.
it will just make your wallet lighter

I have to disagree. I have seen better graphics on the PS3. And it only makes sense because of the space available on the blu-ray disc.

 

Personal peference. Soley depends on what games you are into and want. It's the reason why I got a PS3, even though the 360 is doing better. The only game that interests me is Gears and some Square-Enix game, that's it. If I had money I would get one, but I don't feel the need right now.

Either way you've made a good choice, neither is crap.

Disc space doesn't mean better graphics. It just makes fitting stuff onto a disc easier.

360 is more versatile. You'd like it more.

 

Blu-ray is slow as hell, thats why the games have to install. disc space has nothing to do with it. if your bu rays didnt install, your games owuld have very bad loading times and/or lag

 

And exactly what games, per say, actually utilize this extra storage capacity? So far, the only thing I can think of Metal Gear Solid 4.

 

That is complete BS. Look at DMC4 for both systems. Looks exactly the same pretty much. COD4, looks better on 360. GTA4 looks the same. It's all in the hands of the devs worknig with the system. It is not because of the disc space, that has nothing to do with it. Blu-Ray is slow as ****, devs have to resort to copying data that is on the disc multiple times and then install it on the system so we don't have N64 loading waits. That's a crappy arguement, all blu-ray relaly doesi s make it so MGS4 isn't 12 discs.

GTAIV was confirmed to have slightly better graphics. By slightly, i mean literally un noticeable. DMC4 has clearer textures in some areas, and worse ones in others on both versions. the ps3 version of berials sword isnt as defined as the 360 one, but his chest area is slightly sharper, but i mean who even cares about whether the graphics are better.

I have good time playing FFIV on SNES, the graphics dont stop me from loving the game.

I've seen graphics on GTA4 for both systems. PS3 version's only difference is it's actualyl way darker, which I don't care if it's more realistic, if you can't see in a video game then epic fail. But in the daylight they look the same.

 

A nice part about the 360 is that they have alot of downloadable things unlike the PS3 and the wii. But the Wii has alot better things to download.

The 360 has alot of 13+ gaming like like shooters were the wii has alot more childish things.

360 to Ps3 graphics do not really have much of a difference. And if they do, its because the game was devolped on one console and was transferred to the other

Research before you post. Ps3 has alot of downloadable stuff too. I doubt youve ever seen the playstation store or ps3s online? If you want to comment, get it right.

360 has alot of 17+ M shooters, nowhere near as many 13+

xbox 360 if your a rpg fan

 

Alot of the 360 rpgs dont appeal to me.
The only next gen rpg i see myself playing are:
MMO's
FF's
KH's
