Thank Random Idiot, who called me to tell me of this image of our President... Do you think this raised his reasoning ability by 40%?

I think that's what he was hoping for, but it lower it if that's even possible for him.

 

....I'll have you know I'm a rather dedicated Republican conservatist who supports her president completely. And besides; the image was from an article about a summit speaking about global warming, which is pretty intelligent for the government to finally start worrying about.
