Yeah, tell that to my super-intendant. I'm 14, and apperantly such attire is "only appropriate for young adults of our age." The skirt isn't drastically short or anything, so it's not too resemblant of a fetishizer's seifuku uniform.

 

And here I thought you had completely dismissed that post I made. In any case, it must be the bow (somehow; maybe not), as I've somehow managed to conjure such an idea without seeing the bottom half of your torso.

 

It does look very similar to the normal Japanese sweatered seifuku. I'd show you the bottom of the picture but there was a rather embarrassing wardrobe malfunction in my friend's clothing who was sitting near me. Heh, kind of why the picture was in trash bin.
