well im trying to be realistic with their levels and in my games i have had 5 badges with only lv 30 pokemon before

Other: kiki is a nice pokemon trainer she treats her pokemon equal ways and cares for each and everyone of them she can sense how pokemon feel and is very close with her pokemon her first pokemon was a pikachu who soon became raichu and her first caught pokemon which she never really needed to fight with was an evee she barely ever had to fight with pokemon to catch them because they liked her already

 

nice but one prob. your gardevoir has more then 4 moves. and whats the point in dream eater if you can't put the apponent to sleep? just trying to help. i have my suggestions in bold.

OOC: Three problems, only Pichu's, Pikachu's, and Raichu's can learn Volt Tackle. And we already have a Sinnoh Champ, as well as one for every other region. OOC: Don't forget guys, you still have to sign up in the main building. Also, you have to use the pokemon you posted through out the entire thing, no catching new ones and using them, and no switching them with one's you don't have with you. Also, you may level up your pokemon if they are under level 50, but only up to 50.
