Nintendo Pokémon Go Announced (Mobile, AR Pokemon Game)

After playing today, it appears that the Meowth and Cubone families also have increased spawn rates!

 

Everyone ready to start their Johto journeys? Beginning today, you can find select Gen II Pokémon by hatching eggs!

If you're lucky, you might also find Santa Hat Pikachu as you walk around! It's only available until December 29, so get hunting!

Niantic also announced partnerships with Sprint and Starbucks over the weekend; several Sprint stores and Starbucks locations have been converted into PokéStops! Starbucks is also now offering a special Pokémon Go-themed drink as part of its menu.

 

More holiday goodies have been announced!

• From December 25 to January 3, there will be a higher rate of Johto Pokémon hatching from eggs obtained at Poké Stops. In addition, you're guaranteed to get one single-use incubator from Poké Stops each day of this event.
• The Festive Pikachu event has been extended to last until January 3.
• From December 30 to January 8, lure modules will last a full hour, and the Kanto starters will have increased spawn rates.
