Okay. I played it. I love it. I love using Sack boy. I am nearly undefeated with the little guy.

It may be because I and the others playing it haven't experience it to its fullness just yet. I am a super smash bros junky and it is probably wrong of me to compare the two games when it comes to balance.

I read a review in a magazine I trust and it only gave it a result between 60-70% which is pretty low on the average scores they give. It says that pretty basic and lacking in any real depth in terms of gameplay. I wasn't going to get this anyway, but now i'm intrigued if that's true considering just how popular this thread has been.
    Though money....

Still i'm sure its uniqueness and cult following will keep it alive.

Oh I lied, they give it 55%, ouch.
Let's see here.... average brawler, mastery by spamming the buttons, lack of personality in characters, stages are mainly flat and boxed in, lazy re-hash of existing assests with button mashing packaged to be a full priced game, for die-hard sony fans only.
I agree what they say as well further on where the characters/stages that no one has heard of in a boring way that doesn't make us feel connected to characters we're new to. I've seen gameplay footage with characters I don't know of and they look uninteresting. But that's just me viewing it.

They do praise the great roster of characters, multiplayer, and some great scenes that can take place from the mish-mashed crossover levels.

Nariko's level 3 is too OP. Evil Cole's level 3 doesn't even let you jump.

In my opinion, ratchet and clank have one of the best level 1s. There is a guy at my college who uses it all the time and gets 10 kills near the end of the match.
