In my school, my teacher told me that you can do some of these things to get rid of your anger without bothering other people.

A. Lock yourself in a room where you think nobody can hear you and let it all out, without breaking anything of course. (Always works for me)

B. Take a punching bag or a pillow and punch it several times until you get exhausted and calm down. (Sometimes works for me)

C. Go outside and start running around your backyard several times until you get tired (this never works for me)

D. Do Yoga. (O_o)

E. Listen to calm music. (Never works for me either)
