"Ovan, do you think we would let him live after we learned?" Arisa asked. "If we did, he would probably plan to continue what he started."

 

"Exactly. He would have continued to toy with peoples lives and more would have died because of him."

 

"You could have captured him, let the police deal with him, instead you killed him. That makes you no better than him." he said. "I know the joy there is in killing, but I also know the guilt. Even though it wasn't me who was in control. I see their faces every night. They haunt me in my sleep."

 

"Nee-chan, remember the people you killed at the lab when you escaped?" Suki asked. "You acted like you didn't care."

"I didn't need to see who I was killing, Suki." Arisa said. "I just needed to get out of there."

"You didn't need to see?!" Suki shouted, crying. "Didn't you feel guiltly at all?! I saw enough of what you did!" She ran out, crying. Arisa stood there, shocked at what Suki said.

 

Ovan glared at her and said "No better than him at all." He turned and went after Suki.

 

Hattori stood by Arisa, refusing to leave her side.

"Ovan's right you know, Hattori. You really didn't have to kill your father."

"He didn't have to kill my sister or Arisa and Suki's parent's either, but he did. I'll gladly live with the blood on my hands if it means the ones who died because of my father can rest in peace. Besides, I was never human to begin with. I was born as a demon."

 

Suki stopped a far distance from the shrine and continued to cry. Artemis comforted her, I'm truly sorry for you, Lady Suki.

Arisa lowered her head. "Hattori. Your father's experiments worked. I am the world's perfect killing machine."

 

Ovan caught up to her and hugged her.

 

"I don't think of you as a killing machine. You may have killed, but you still have a kind heart." He said as he put his arm around her.

 

Suki hugged Ovan back, still crying. Nee-chan, why? Why do you have to act this way?

Arisa looked toward him when Aigis spoke up, "Arisa-chan, you were no different from me when I sealed Death inside Minato when he was a child."

 

"No matter what, I'll be here for you, Arisa."

 

Ovan sighed. "She really changed once she got her memory back." he said. "It's like she's not the same person."

 

"Thanks, everyone." Tears streamed down her face.

Suki nodded. "But when we were together, Nee-chan showed me a lot of different things and she seemed happy."

 

Hattori gently hugged Arisa and wiped the tears from her eyes.

 

Arisa hugged him back.

Arisa was surprised, but she kissed him. In her mind, she told her persona, I know what my journey is. Protect all my friends and those who are dear to me.

 

"I love you, Arisa." Hattori said before kissing her again.
