Persona: Mask of Innocence

Rydia walked to the shopping district and saw the crowd, she sighed, but heard Aigis and Arisa. "Unbelievable sights! Indescribable feeling...... Soaring, tumbling, freewheeling through an endless diamond sky! A whole new world!"

"Don't you dare close your eyes." Arisa sang, covering her eyes.

"A hundred thousand things to see!" Aigis continued to sing.

"Hold your breath - it gets better." Arisa grabbed her hand.

"I'm like a shooting star." Aigis sang, smiling. "I've come so far!
I can't go back to where I used to be."

 

Ovan followed her and listened.

 

Shinji listened to the song, it was quite a giood duet, nto to mention the song was also a classical one.

"What ever made her choose that song must been hard." He thought to himself as Junpei was surprised. "Aigis-san has improved alot better, she sounds way better." he said to himself as he noticed the other S.E.E.S memebers watch on with surprise.

 

Suki smiled as she noticed Ovan and walked toward him. She nuzzled next to him, Yukari, Mitsuru, Fuuka, and Metis all smiled at Aigis as she and Arisa continued to sing.

"A whole new world!" Arisa sang to her.

"Every turn a surprise" Aigis sang.

"With new horizons to pursue," Arisa continued.

"Every moment red-letter" Aigis smiled.

"I'll chase them anywhere," they both sang. "There's time to spare. Let me share this whole new world with you."

 

SHinji put his hands in his pockets as Akihiko and Ken joined the them and Ken looked at Aigis. "She's improved really good, better than I imagined." he said as Koromaru barked as Akihiko just smiled, even if it was for alittle second.

"At least she's enjoying herself." He said calmly and Junpei nodded in reply. "She could win a Award ya know!"

Akihiko chuckled a bit. "I highly doubt that'll ever happen."

Shinji just watched the two girls, speecless.

 

"She must have been practicing by herself when she was alone." Mitsuru said. "I remember times when I heard her."

"You're right, Senpai, me too!" Yukari smiled.

"A whole new world" Arisa sang.

'A whole new world' Aigis echoed.

"That's where we'll be" She continued.

"A thrilling chase...." Arisa softly sang.

A wondrous place Aigis sang back.

"For you and me," they both ended. Everyone clapped. Fuuka walked up and smiled. "Nice work, Arisa-chan, Aigis! That was wonderful!"

 

SHinji was clapping, it felt like...two goddesses singing at the same time and he noticed something as Junpei chuckled.

"I should ask Yuka-tan to sign with me." Junpei laughed as Akihiko and ken sighed, it was a hopeless wish for Junpei.

 

Arisa noticed the rest of S.E.E.S. team watching and smiled. "You guys enjoyed the show?"

"You bet, Arisa-chan!" Yukari smiled.

"You two sounded wonderful together," Misturu smiled, looking at them.

"Sister, you were wonderful!" Metis hugged Aigis.

"Arisa-chan, you must have had a long time to practice for your voice to sound soo good." Fuuka said, Arisa sighed.

 

SHinji chuckled a little until the karaoke mahcine suddenly switched to another song, it was clearly different from teh last one and he knew what it was and before he knew it, he was singing it just loud enough for anyone to hear.

"Darkness of White you can......Through the sadness take your flight
and become the wings that pierce the veil spreading strong and true tonight..." Junpei looked at him surprised he was singing so well.

"Well well, Shinji-san can sing too?" Everyone's attention was on Shinji after hearing the singing and Junpei saying who it was and SHinji wasn't even listening to any voices, just the music.

 

Arisa smiled. "I'll be back in a minute." She walked off to the graveyard. Aigis stared at her.

 

"brought into the light at last, by the cold exposing sun...I was granted freedom tamed...to become the chosen one." the song soon changed the rhythm again and he kept up with it.

"through the mirror, night reflected miraculous to see my soul threw away the mask that hides the deeper me."

Ken was shocked. "No way, he's actually singing along with the music and it doesn't sound bad at all." Junpei was just eye-widened as Akihiko watched on and as for Koromaru, he was listening with his ears.

 

Arisa walked through the graveyard and found two graves. 'My parents........'

You wanted to visit your parents' grave since your memory is bringing back, huh?

Lady Aigis really looked like she wanted to be with you, Lady Arisa.

Arisa sighed, as she remembered something.

~A few years ago~

Young Arisa was thrown into a admin's office, she slowly stood up and stared at the admin. He sighed, and said, "Why were you trying to escape, Arisa?"

"So, I can leave this hell and find people who want to be with me, as I do for Suki!" Arisa shouted.

"Please, no one in their right mind would want to be with you, because you're a freak." The admin stood up and turned to his window. "People will consider you and Suki freaks because of your wings."

"Then, why the hell did you take us in?!" Arisa shouted. "We really are freaks, then why take us in?! Tell me that!!!!!!!"

The admin smiled and turned to her. "Because, you make perfect samples for our experiments. In the eyes of normal people, you're a freak, a monster."

Arisa shouted and punched his desk into the wall. "What are we to you?! Just some tools, toys you modify for your pleaseure to kill other people?! I will leave this place and find people who will accept me!"

She ran to the door and turned to the admin, "Let me ask this: who's the real monster? Me or you?"

~Present~

Arisa sighed and walked back to the others.

 

"breaking the dark of night.....piercing through the painted white, cut it all away from yesterday, til a new eras in sight." SHinji kept on goign with the song as it was nearing it's end.

"unlock the heart within....let it spread its wings and soar, rising up in flight, through the night of white and fly on forever more. The song finshsed as everyone who heard it clapped and he blushed as Junpei laughed.

"Who would of thought you could sing Shinji, you could be on par with Aigis and Ari-tan!" he said to him and Shinji looked at them.

"please pleas, no more, I've already embarrased msyelf enough as it is, that song just clicked in my hea and I started." he said blushing.

 

"You are pretty good, Shinji," Arisa said as she walked up to him. "You wanted to talk?"

 

"Yeah, do you mind if we talk alone?" he asked her.

 

"Sure." Arisa turned to Aigis and said. "Could you guys wait for awhile?"

"Of course, we can, Arisa-chan." Aigis said, and turned around, her face red.

"I have a feeling Aigis has a thing for me." Arisa sighed and chuckled.

 

Shinji chuckled. "Depends if you swing that way." He walked to the nearby graveyard and stood outside the front entrance

 

Arisa walked beside him. "I..... I was just here. Visiting my parents' graves. And remembering something."

 

"I'm sure your parents were lovely people." he said to her and stared at the graveyard. "Listen....about...your...relationship with Hattori."

 

"Hmmmm?" Arisa stared at the graveyard as well. "What about my relationship with Hattori?"
