Persona: Mask of Innocence

"Arisa-chan, I believe I saw Shinji-san and Junpei-san head out," Aigis said, Arisa smiled and said, "Today is just about us girls getting together, Aigis!" Aigis blushed deeply as Arisa put her in a headlock. Suki giggled and looked around.

 

"Why don't you go hang out with Arisa?"

"Two reasons. One, she wanted to hang out with Aigis. Two, I needed some time to think."

"You're getting that loner attitude again."

"Can't help that. Been a loner most of my life, and once this is over, I'll probably continue being a loner. I've got the feeling once we deal with all the Shadow Arcana, everyone will forget I ever existed. Won't be the first time though."

 

Arisa walked with Aigis behind her, not seeing Aigis' face was deep red.

 

Shinji and Junpei soon finished their ramen and Shinji sighed deeply as Junpei stared at him.

"Dude I know that's mean of people to see you as another Minato-san. but that's up to them to decide." He said to him as Shinji nodded.

"Can we change the subject at least?" SHinji asked him and Junpei nodded. "Got any eyes on the girls?"

Shinji nearly had to stop himself from falling backwards and shout. "What?!" He was shocked to hear this and Junpei chuckled.

"C'mon Shinji-san, lighten up and tell me." Junpei smirked at this and Shinji sighed. "If it will make you stop asking then fine, there's Arisa-chan and Yukari on my mind." he simply said, blushing a little.

Junpei laughed and patted his back. "Two hot babes on your mind huh, you got style man." he said chuckling and SHinji sighed.

"WHat about you Junpei-senpai?" he aske dhima nd Junpei shook his head. "Nah, I'm not interested in any of the girls, there was only one woman for me, sadly, she passed away on my journey with S.E.E.S." he said to him as Junpei paid for the food and both of them got out from the ramen stand.

 

Suki smiled and shouted to Arisa and Aigis, "Look over here! A karaoke machine!" Arisa grinned and let go of Aigis, "I'll sing first, then we'll do a duet, Aigis." Arisa grabbed the mircophone and began to sing, "There's a song that inside of my soul...... It's the one that I've tried to write over and over again......" Neither Aigis and Suki saw the group that was forming that was listening to Arisa's singing.

 

"You sure you aren't just thinking about your sister?"


"Shut up, Nakim. I told you never to speak of her."

"Why not? You never did tell me what happened to her."

"Just go through my memory. I hate talking about it."

"You're always so moody on this day."

 

Shinji and Junpei heard the singing as they headed back. "Looks like Ari-tan is singing." he said to Shinji and he looked back. "How do you know?" he asked him.

"Simple, I already heard Yuka-tan, Mitsuru-senpai and Fuuka-chan already sing and Aigis wasn't sure how it worked last time." Junpei chuckled as they kept walking back.

 

"I'm awake in the infinte cold...... But you sing to me over and over again......." Arisa continued to sing, Suki noticed Shinji and ran to him. "Shinji-kun! Stay around for awhile, Nee-chan and Aigis are going to do a duet after this!"

 

Shinjia nd Junpei were very eye-widened. "Arisa-chan's gonna do a duet?" he asked himself nad Junpei spoke next. "This will be interesting, I wonder if Aigis improved her singing."

Both boys watched on.

 

"Sing to me the songs of the stars of your galaxy dancing and laughing and laughing again," Arisa continued to sing, ingoring everyone around her. "When it feels like my dreams are so far, you sing to me the plans that you have for me over again. So I lay my head back down and I lift my hands and pray to be only yours....I pray to be only yours, I know now you're my only hope........"

 

Hattori checked his watch.

"I'm gonna head to the graveyard. Go hang at the shrine and wait for the others, Nakim."

"Roger that, boss."

 

"I give you my destiny," Arisa continued. "I'm giving you all of me. I want your symphony, singing in all that I am at the top of my lungs. I'm giving it back! So I lay my head back down and I lift my hands and pray to be only yours..... I pray to be only yours..... I pray to be only yours....... I know now you're my only hope." Everyone clapped and Arisa held the other microphone toward Aigis.

 

Shinji clapped at her singing, it was a beautiful song and voice and Junpei smiled.

"Time to hear the duet now.? he said to Shinji, excited nd he nodded in reply."

Hattori walked to the graveyard and knelt in front of his sister's tombstone.

Sometimes, I wished I smoked...

 

Arisa chose the song and sang her part, "I can show you the world, shining, shimmering, splendid. Tell me, princess, now when did you last let your heart decide? I can open your eyes, take you wonder by wonder. Over, sideways and under on a magic carpet ride."

 

Shinji was eye-widened and spoke.

"No way, that song is....A Whole New World."

Her voiced sounded perfect too.

 

A whole new world!" Arisa sang. "A new fantastic point of view! No one to tell us no or where to go or say we're only dreaming."

Aigis swallowed and sang her part, "A whole new world! A dazzling place I never knew, but when I'm way up here, it's crystal clear! That now I'm in a whole new world with you!"

"Now I'm in a whole new world with you....." Arisa added.

 

Ovan sat on the couch and turned the TV on.

 

Rydia looked out the window and noticed some people. She opened the door and called out to them, "Where are you headed?!"

"A girl with an amazing voice is singing at the Ashia Shopping District!" The people ran off, Rydia turned to Ovan. "Want to check that out? Could be Suki."

 

"Alright." he said, turning the TV off and getting up.
