Paris, The City of Love

An ambulance came and picked her up, bringing her to the hospital and putting her into the same room as Jordan.

 

Teressa couldn't help but cry at herself for making Jordan heartbroken... She kept thining it was all her fault that he crashed into the pole.

 

OOC: Technically, that was the reason.

BIC: He heard someone crying and asked "Who's there?"

BIC:

"It's me... Teressa," she said softly. She turned over in her bed slowly. She felt something around her holding it still.

 

"What are you doing here?" he asked bitterly. "Come to kick me when I'm down?"

 

"No... i forced myself over a ledge, so i could come here and tell you I'm sorry," she said.

 

"Why would you do that for me, I thought you hated me." he said, starting to cry. "You broke my heart. I trusted you, I thought we could be friends, or perhaps, more than friends."

 

"I....I couldn't let you face my father.... He wouldn't let me outside, and i thought you might come barging in and he would get mad," she said.

 

"So you told me you hated me to protect me? All it did was hurt me." he said.

 

"I'm sorry.... But please, don't hate me.. I wanted you to be safe," she said.

 

"See where that lead us?" he asked.

 

"I'm sorry," she said.

 

"It's going to take more than a sorry to fix my broken heart." he said.

 

She cried more to herself.
"I didn't want to do it Jordan... I couldn't see you get hurt by my father... " she said.

 

"He would have been the one hurting." he said. "I can take care of myself in a fight."

 

She cried more...
"I just didn't want to see you face my father," she said.

 

"Then why didn't you say that?" he asked.

 

"I got scared," she said.

 

"Do you alway lie when you get scared?" he asked.

 

She shook her head softly.
"No I don't... I just couldn't...let you face him," she said.
