My left hand just cramped up, but it was weird because it cramped up as the bloood passed through my hand. It was like a moving cramp o-o

OW IT JUST STARTED CRAMPING AGAIN >.<

You get sharp pains in your wrists... like cramps. It's like artheritus (sp?). It sucks majorly... my aunt has it.

You can get it from any repeative movement of the hands. Such as: typing, video games, text-messaging, and some sports. Well you have to do those things A LOT. Which... I will prob have it. Maybe. And you know... most of the people on here will prob get it or arthritus (sp?).

There is surgery to help relieve tha pain and stuff, but it doesn't always work. When my aunt had it done the first time it made her hands go numb alot. Which became a hazard because she kept dropping things. :/
I think she's had the surgery like three times.

OR it just could have been a cramp. Although I've never gotten a cramp in my wrist/hand/arm before.
