I have seen 23 on the first list, 26 if you count those that I read the manga for. 33-36 counting those added from second list.

I need to watch more anime...

I don't even HAVE a reaction image for how hilarious that is
Also if you like Tokyo Godfathers you should DEFINITELY watch Paprika, not watching because it might not be as good as another anime is ******ed.

Also I'm curious as to what anime you guys actually watch as it seems you a lot of you guys have watched less then 10 from BOTH lists.

Try this list http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120304043822/animu-mango/images/0/04/1001066.jpg (Stick to the anime section and not the manga one although you can count that as well.)
If you can't say you've watched at least 80 of the ones on this list then you're really missing out on some good ****

    Jesus new lists everywhere.

Ok, 34 from the second one posted. Was trying to count on the third but then I got sidetracked by the QUALITY VAN.

Counting both lists, I have watched 64 of them in total and I've read some of the few that I haven't watched yet. I recognize almost all of the anime on this list though. Damn college taking away my time from watching anime. B|

EDIT: DAMMIT NEW LIST! Time to start counting again.

How can you dislike the Berserk anime? It's both amazing and horrible at the same time, you have no choice but to love it. From the very odd animation, to quite possibly one of the best soundtracks I know of, to the massive fountains of blood that spray everywhere for no reason, to the relationship between Griffith and Guts, which seemed better in the anime. The last part was probably just because of the incredibly good soundtrack though, which fit perfectly.

And yeah, about the Tokyo Godfathers thing. It's like the first movie you ever watch is Citizen Kane. No matter what you watch, it is all downhill, so there's no point in even trying. Y'know what I'm saying?

Still a crummy attitude to take. What happens when you get bored of Citizen Kane?

Oh, I wouldn't actually rewatch one of those films, as rewatching them tend to ruin how the film is in your mind. It would just be farewell to movies in general.

I've seen very few of the anime on that list becasue I tend to watch more of the newer breed of anime which isn't really on there.

Things like Eden of the East, Madoka Magica, Bakemonogatari, Steins;Gate ... newer stuff.

Also surprised I had to wait until the third list to see Nodame Cantabile ... probably my favourite anime.

Also, why no love for FMA: Brotherhood on any of the lists ... I enjoyed its portrayal of the story much more than the original FMA because it seemed to make more sense ... and considering it's derived straight from that manga ...

I dunno I just don't like to judge by lists like this ...

So I lost count and was like "FUCK IT!" so I'm just going to give guesstimates instead of exact numbers.

I've watched around 70-75 of the shows that were on the third list. Although if you count the more current anime seasons, then that number is somewhere over 100. I really should get around to watching more of the classics. As for the manga list, I have read around 20 of the ones listed. I'm ashamed to say that I don't recognize a majority of them ; ~ ;. They look pretty nice and interesting though. I should read them someday.

If you're actually being serious then you have my condolences.
To live in a world where everything that isn't the best sucks truly sounds like a miserable existence.
