Phenox looked down. "i knew it..." he muttered.

 

Xathabat moved her head and faced phenox "knew what?" she asked.

 

"you weren't supposed to hear that." he sighed.

 

"well i did, so tell me what do you know?" she asked.

 

Phenox shook his head. "no thanks." he looked at Xathabat, tears streaming down his face. "i know that when i say this, you'll bring up the 'we don't have hearts thing... Xathabat... i love you and i wondered if you felt the same... but i know that you don't." he stood up. "i don't need to hear your answer. i already know." he started to walk away.

 

Xathabat just shrugged and turned her head back down.'how dose he love me? we just met weirdo...' she sighed at the thought cause it sounded mean but it was true they just met.

 

Phenox walked to his room. "I'M SO STUPID!" he punched the wall. "i made such a fool out of myself!"

he buried his face in a pillow on his bed. "i absolutely knew it..." he warped away.

 

Xathabat sighed and went to phenox's room and sighed and warped to him."phenox can we talk?" she asked.

 

Phenox nodded. "of course.... anything you need?"

 

"im sorry but i dont love you,your more of a brother to me, and we just met and i have no clue what kind of person you are, but that dosnet mean you should be sad i mean there are other girls and plus you have time to maybe get me to like you, so dont be upset please or im going to have guilt." she sighed.

 

Phenox sighed and nodded. "i just hate myself for acting like such a fool..."

 

"its ok we all make fool of ourselves." she said and smiled and pated his back

Phenox got the courage to continue. "you're just so talented, and beautiful, and i love being around you..."

"Maybe you guys are on drugs I bet," he laughed at them in a joking manner. "But all joking aside I'll have some take out."
