~~*Organzation XIII goes to court*~~

Hey, uh, this is an epic RP and all, but other people would like to get in, myself included. So it seems that Final Form wishes to be Zexion, Random Angel wishes to be Luxord and I wish to be Lexaeus, him being the only one left. I just hope I'm able to take part in this. Disregard the rest of the post if the RP is closed.

Lexaeus entered the courtroom, slightly annoyed at his lateness for his own trial. The words of the prosecution had filtered out of the courtroom. Lexaeus sat down in one of the 'Organization XIII' reserved seats and sat still as rock while the prosecution finished. He gave a low grumble at the rodent's words, and scanned the courtroom. He instantly recognized Riku, though older, with a new haircut and clothes, and narrowed his eyes. He noticed Zexion staring at him pointedly.
"It's no fault of mine," the Silent Hero said quietly, so as not to interrupt the trial, "Demyx was in the cab with me, but he got hooked on a Guitar Hero 3 demo. He's playing against an eighteen-year-old punk rocker, and none of them have missed a note yet. I had to walk six blocks to get here."
Stitch crawled along the ceiling and stopped above Lexaeus. It's eyes still on the ever-present skittles, it drooled. A huge dollop of the stuff dropped directly onto Lexaeus' messy, carrot-coloured hair. The Silent Hero grumbled and stamped his foot. A spike of rock shot half a metre out of the ceiling and dislodged the blue furball, sending it crashing to the ground. Lexaeus picked it up by the scruff of the neck. Stitch's ears bent back.
"Hi?" it said nervously.

 

OOC: Well, I don't have any problems with it, but it's ICSP's decision. Plus, remember that once you choose a character, you'll have to testify exactly the way that we've been doing it so far. If Pika_Power and Repliku have no objections either, I don't see why you and the others can't join. :)

 

Can i be Zexion and Lexalus

 

OOC: Pika, you can't really testify for Namine or clarify points. All you can do is say Objection and state why, and if he is leading the witness or badgering her you can state that and the point of why. I don't believe you could interject with these other points while the Defense is up...same thing when the Offense is up and the Defense shouldn't. It's 'their' time.

OOC: I don't mind if he plays Lexaeus but it is ICSP's rpg so it's his call.

Riku wasn't impressed by Namine's clarification still. The point was that he -left- DiZ and stayed with him just so Sora could be awakened. He had told DiZ that revenge was a stupid thing and he wanted no part of it. Namine obviously didn't get it. When she had questioned Riku about what DiZ had wanted, Riku only really got that out but Namine never had bothered to ask Riku what he felt, even though he had taken her out of the scene. This was how Namine was. If it wasn't about Sora or Roxas, who cared? He figured that if he was exaggerating, it was no different than how badly Namine had exaggerated about him and what his cause was. Had he wanted to back DiZ he would have remained. DiZ had been very keen on using Riku for help as well.

"She really doesn't know a thing about me or what I was doing", he mumbled. Then again, Riku was a quiet person anymore. He had learned that the better part of valor was discretion. Perhaps here it did not hold true.

Repliku gave a little yawn as he watched Namine continue to testify. Hearing about the whole incident at the Castle Oblivion from Namine's point of view was kind of boring. When he got to testify, he so wanted to make it more vibrant or something. He glanced over at the Organization members he didn't know yet with a curiosity. Vexen had said he was one of the older ones, as were Zexion and Lexaeus. The white haired man was obviously Xemnas. He just had an air about him, an aura. It dawned on him that Vexen was dumb in some ways and yet brilliant in others. Why that came out of the air when studying Xemnas, he wasn't sure.

He then studied Riku. His life was supposedly a copy of Riku's. Even now the memories stolen from Riku ran in his mind though he was learning to accept them more. He figured out that Axel had duped him but then he debated why and thought he might have the reason. After all...who wanted a person such as Repliku around to meet the superior and have to explain his existence and what purpose it was for? Even if he got the point, he still was kind of ticked at Axel. However, he was more angry at his creator for letting them do things to him. He was more angry at Larxene and Marluxia...and sad to say, he had some anger towards Namine too. In the end, Repliku realized he could about hate everyone at the Castle Oblivion who had been there...except Sora. He had been so genuine. He would think about Riku...because in the end, he did stay and try to offer some comfort. It was sad that he was created as a tool against the two and yet they were the only things remarkable that stood out at the Castle. Of course, if people reacted to what Namine had already said, he could imagine how things would grow worse as other people went up to testify.

 

OoC: Repliku, many of the things I said there were objections. Notice I objected to the Murluxia points, and the question about Nobodies retaining memories of their past selves, along with other stuff. I realize one point I overdid it there... I was trying to help a bit in that division. Ah well, just place the OBJECTION! marker in in the post.

Also, sure he can be Lexaeus. I doubt ICSP would mind. If he does, we can always just kick them out if he says no. Also, Daxma, the others did kind of get in first. Although it is up to ICSP.

The pokemon grinned at Stitch, smirked at the slow-acting Axel, and threw Lexaeus the bag of "Bad" skittles all at the same time. For someone who could not hit with a lightning bolt, he could be very dexterous at times.

Stitch slowly crawled to the stands, amazingly still breathing. He just lay there, crunching on the stolen yellow skittles.

OoC: I think I will lay off Stitch for a bit, even he cannot take too much of a beating.

 

OoC: I already did some court stuff in the Was Sora Justified thread. Then again, Lexaeus isn't exactly the excitable type, is he?

A bag of skittles hit Lexaeus in the face. Most other people would have jumped in shock; Lexaeus just looked at the bag curiously. It had been thrown by the rodent in a suit. Lexaeus wondered wether the smear on the ground would be blue or red if he threw his tomahawk at Stitch. But then again, that might be seen as contempt of the court. On the other hand, from what he'd heard from Zexion over the phone, the court had already seen its fair share of violence. The Silent Hero decided to let the furball go free. Since nothing seemed to be happening in the court, he wondered what Demyx was doing...

OoC: In italics, because it's Lex's imagination and not actually what he was doing. No god modding for me.

"ROCK n' ROLL BABY!" Demyx yelled, gettimg a five-star ranking Raining Blood on expert for the fifth time in a row. His opponent had long since died of exhaustion. Cameras flashed around him and several prospective employers fought through the throng of crazed fangirls to offer him deals. Demyx caused a sensation as he got a five-star on expert yet again with the guitar behind his head. He was showered in pieces of women's underwear.

Lexaeus' eyes widened in horror at what he had just imagined. He opened the bag on his lap and shoved whole handfuls of skittles in his mouth, trying to wipe away the images. A rainbow haze covered the scene, and Lexaeus relaxed. He really could taste the rainbow.

 

OoC: The bag was thrown by Pika_power as a reward.

Demyx walked into the courtroom. He was proud of his win at Guitar Hero, but he didn't like that it had made him late. As he took his seat, he saw a couple other Organization members looking at him. I hope they're not too mad... he thought. Demyx tried as hard as he could to pay attention, but being him, he started looking around and thinking random thoughts. Suddenly, he saw a small bag out of the corner of his eye. Poking Axel, he whispered, "Are those... skittles?"​

 

OOC: Ok... I'm going to cross examine soon, but first I wanted to answer some questions.

Ok... you need to audition for the part. I actually auditioned most of the Org... so if you want to play an Org member, audition. PM me in character, telling your characters side of the story... thats all it takes.

If I like, you get to play, if not, then sorry.

 

Oh, um... I've already posted as Lexaeus. Couldn't you judge that? If not, then I'll PM you the audition. I'm glad I can try to be one of the Org!

Goofy had just finished melting when he had let slip that he shredded Daisy's dress. Then he continued speaking to Riku, and only notice Donald charging up a thunder after he had been hit by it.
Goofy rocketed up into the air, yelling in pain. (or surprise) He landed over in the other Box, onto Demyx's lap. He tried to make sense of what just happened, then looked up into Demyx's face.

 

OOC: Okay, Naminé had finished testifying. Now what? How do we proceed? And I swear, Naminé will have a few words with Riku when she finally gets the chance...

This is also my first RP as well. A guy playing the girls. :D

 

OOC: I am more used to Rps like this so glad it's turning out that way. It's been detailed and people know their stuff. BTW if you want, I could play Zexion. He's one of my favorite Org members and since he's been dropped it would be cool.

Also to Pika, yeah, I see that more now. It just seemed a bit excessive as Objections but it's fine. I didn't get the 'objection' part for some reason. Probably because I was exhausted after work.

Demyx was about to steal Axel's skittles when suddenly he heard a yelp and saw something flying toward him and fall in his lap. What the...? As the dog-looking thing looked up at him, Demyx wasn't sure what to do. "Um... hello?" he greeted. "Could you be so kind as to get off of me?"​

 

OOC: Are you sure you want to do that? You're already playing Harvey, Sora, Riku and Repliku already. Wouldn't trying to play as one more character kinda be spreading it thin?

And ICSP, Erkz, (and/or *TwilightNight* wherever you may be), what's next?

 

OOC: I just offer because I wouldn't mind also playing an Org member and Zexion is cool. If someone else wants him, that's fine.

 

Naminé was about to say "no," but something in his question seemed a bit suspicious. Then she realized. Sora's Keyblade. She could've...no, that wasn't right. Sora still had it in his hand. Plus, she was busy trying to prevent Larxene from advancing any further. What was she supposed to do, run toward Sora and grab his Keyblade? Against a fully grown woman who was twice as tall as her and had the powers of Mighty Mouse the Thunder God on her side?

"The only weapon in sight was Sora's Keyblade. But he was a few feet away behind me and I was trying to prevent Larxene from getting any closer to him." She raised an eyebrow. "Or are you insinuating that I should've tried stealing Sora's Keyblade for myself against someone who's twice as tall as me and wields the powers of that prosecutor there?" She jerked her head toward Pika_Power.

GOTCHA!!! "Ah... but you had the strongest weapon in the entire castle, laying just a few feet from you. I believe obtaining that weapon was your true goal..."

"The reason is quite simple... Namine is not who she portays herself as..." Xelax smiled in victory.

"But before we go into that... why do you look at Pika_power just prior to whenever I ask you about certain decisions you made. I do believe you are hiding something miss Namine."

He realized he was onto something... but it difficult to bring it out.

OOC: This is the part where I give everyone a chance to yell objection at me... XD

I swear I just saw locks and chains wrapp around Namine...
