OOC: Erkz, if you could, I think we are all ready and the RP is kind of in a lull until you make the decision here since the prosecution and defense are all done and agree with the charges etc. We don't have to be all online for it but the RP has dwindled in the last few days and we're all ready for it.

IC:

Harvey snickered. "Yeah, he is."

He looked over at the Defense Attorneys and then the Judge. "I think we are all now pretty in agreement as to the charges set forth so can we have a decision?"

 

OoC: Repliku, I have a couple of questions about your siggy.

1. Who is Soku? A pet?

2. Why have you quoted someone calling your posts long orgasms? I find it disturbing. It means I enjoy looking at long orgasms on the internet, and that idea scares me.

 

OOC:

1. Soku was a member on the forums here who passed away in a car accident.
2. The person, whose name I can't pronounce, said it in the spam section and it was so bizarre it had to be quoted because it was about my posts. I must ask him how he says his name since I can't read Japanese!

 

His name is pronounced: Sakiamamiya (Sa-kee-a-ma-mee-ya)

I think at least. I have my Japanese testbook open in front of me. His name is Katakana, and I have not covered that yet.

A pity about Soku. How did everyone find out? I know if I got hit by a car, everyone here would think I just left the forums.

 

Zack was seriously considering the avatar theory to be true as the judge hadn't said anything since voicing his concern toward the little yellow Skittle fetish mouse.

"Yo, judge? You still with us? I think everyone's waiting for the verdict."

 

OOC: in the Anything Else section, there's a topic called 'Soku' which you can read up there if you want. And thanks for the translation of the name. I never would have got that in a million years ..well never.

IC:

"Sooooo...what are we waiting for...Christmas?"

"Oh man, I never told you! I saw Santa for real! Your dad so told you a lie. He's really real!" Sora had to bring this up because it was just the ultimate time for it...called he remembered it.

Riku blinked and looked at Sora. "Okay, no comment."

"When we leave here I am so going to prove it to you." Sora gave a curt affirming nod.

Riku laughed. "Sure thing, Sora." Riku had seen enough strange things to ponder the truth of it. Of course, if Sora was this insistent, he knew there must be some truth to it.

 

There was a crash at the door, and a skeleton in a black coat barged in, pushing a grumpy man a suit. "I insist Jack, let me go! I have work to do!"
"Come on Sandy Claws, it will be fun! Besides, I need to examine those cloaks for Halloween, and you need to find out whether these people are naughty or nice!"
"Jack, I do not need to do anything of the sort, they don't believe in me. They never came near my world." Santa shrugged off Jack's grip, then sighted Sora and Co. "Sora!" He bellowed. "What's this about you being on trial?"

Jack grinned at Sora, and sat down on Riku's head to talk to him [Sora]. "Hey, Sora! What do you think of some of those fantastic coats for Halloween? They are just the image of spookyness!"

 

OOC - Sorry, I've been really busy lately thanks to something the group's been working on. *points at the KH-Vids frontpage.* So yeah... Sorry.

Erkz blinked at Zack.

"They are?" he asked, raising his eyebrows. "Weird, I could have sworn Mr. Power wanted to do something before Mewtwo mindbroke him. Anyway... Gimme a sec to review the case so far."

And with that, he began to re-read the Court Record to make sure he gave a fair judgement...

 

Riku blanched and fell down his seat to the floor. He squirmed out the rest of the way and then stood up after moving away from Jack. Straightening out his clothes he frowned, greatly disapproving of the fact he had this skeleton guy on top of him for a while and had to look like a reject, getting back up. "Thanks a lot." Riku took a seat a couple seats down to let Santa have a seat too, after staring at him for a moment. He hadn't really doubted Sora's words for long but seeing the rotund red suited guy was a shock nonetheless. To avoid staring though, Riku sat down and tied his shoe.

"Hey Jack!" Sora exclaimed and waved happily. "And hi Santa!" Sora smiled until Jack sat on Riku's head and Riku was doing contortionist movements to get out. "Um...that's my friend Riku you sat on. And welcome here. I think after this trial with the Organization I have a trial after." Sora was happy to see Jack and Santa. They were such jolly, even if Jack was kind of creepy at times, and cool.

Repliku glanced over and eyed Jack who had sat on Riku...and then looked over at the plump red guy with a white beard. He could tell who Jack Skellington was, having seen it through Sora's memories at the Castle Oblivion. It was different to see such a figure for real. The other guy, he was clueless to his identity other than his name. Sora sure did make some of the most bizarre friends.

 

Janexna was already dozing off, her head propped into her hand, eyes closed as she drifted off into another world where bishies resided, especially fill of Axels. Yes, Axels. The judge was taking quite awhile, so while waiitng, she just fell asleep in the midst of it all.

 

Luxord keeps his calm,
the final ruling about to take place upon him.....
Could he truley face the punishment...?
OOC:

OK, my options of what I can work with as a punishment,
and still continue as Luxord:

a.)He's forced to live out in the story-line of The Phantom Menace from Star Wars.

b.)He is sent to each "transformation world" under a ruling of acts civil duty,
having to help out in such worlds as the Pride lands, Atlantica, Halloween Town,
and any other places where a character would take on a new costume.
After he helps out in one world, he's sent magically to another. (Personal favorite!)

c.) He is sent into any Adam Sandler movie of my picking....hehehe...xD

d.) He is sent into the same high school Kairi, Sephie, Wakka, and Tidus go to,
being turned into a teenager himself.

Pick one, and I will work from it.

Axel, after what was seeming to take forever for the judge to call Luxord's verdict, was dosing off in his seat, as his caffeine crash came earlier than anticipated. Axel tired his best to keep his eyes open, but it was obviously useless, as he found his heavy head tilting to side, often jerking his neck violently, and for a brief moment, he'd sit up, only to return to being drowsy. He had no idea what was happening in the court at the moment, and even if he wanted to know, it was impossible, considering he could barely even keep his eyes open. Was his coffee spiked? Whatever. After trying to keep his eyes open for the longest time, Axel figured that he could make some time to get a couple minutes of sleep and so he finally gave in to it. Sliding down on the chair, he sat himself comfortably, and crossed his arms, resting his head on the backseat. Ah, much better . . . and with that, he drifted into the realms of darkness and the sweet realm of sleep.

 

Jack shot up at the mention of Riku. "You found him? Great! I was beginning to think you would be stuck in yet another game searching for him! Well, let's see him!" Jack bent down, and stared at Riku. His skeletal face suddenly twisted into a scowl, mouth showing an evil grin. "BWAGGH!"

OoC: Did the judge ever lock stitch away again?

 

OOC: Ok... as the RP creator, I do approve of Major Sergeant... however, if I had exclusive control over whom was the prosecutions witness, it would hardly be fair. Also, if one of your characters was called to testify, would you be able to be on the stand within the next day or so? I know you're mostly a weekend RPer.

If the prosecutors approve your character choices you are in. If not, then sorry.

 

OOC: Actually, due to the Cheshire Cat bringing out Zack's rage, Stitch is not only locked up in that safe again with TRIPLE the defenses, Tron's been painfully ejected from the security system and locked in a Pit Cell with only Observation functions available. Zack also placed a "Random Labyrinth" firewall which will only respond to Zack or the Judge with anti-alias protection, so no doing the whole duplicating or doppelganger trick to fool security.

And Bama...I mean, Base? I thought Luxord was going to make a run for it, forcing the whole fight between Luxord and whoever else is immune to his time abilities? Or are we just going to skip all of that and have Luxord carry out his sentence?

And Erkz? Yeah, the coding's important too. Can't wait to see you guys FINALLY remove all those question marks. They're a tad annoying after awhile. :xp: But it'd be nice if you just give the verdict, so we can all start attacking each other again. :sweatdrop:

Naminé had her arms crossed and was tapping her finger impatiently, almost mirroring one of Edgeworth's signature moves. Like everyone else, her patience was wearing thin. She glanced over at Edgeworth and was wondering if he was indeed going to stay true to his orders and prosecute Sora. However, she hoped that she had gotten at least a tiny bit of doubt into him. If not, only a miracle would change his mind...

 

Denise found herself almost falling alseep. I really need to stop staying up til 2 in the morning... she thought to herself as she looked down at her pad. Still the same oval-shape-destined-to-become-a-head as before. Wait, who was she drawing again? She completely forgot. Oh well. Denise looked at the judge. He still hasn't given Luxord a vedict yet? Wait... After 10 is 9... That meant Demyx was up next!

Demyx wasn't paying much attention to much of anything. He had finished a few cookies and was thinking about possibly convincing Denise to let him have another. He turned to his new friend only to discover she had something of her own to say.

"Dude, it's almost your turn!"

Huh? My- Then it clicked. "Oh! I wasn't paying attention! I wonder how things will go..."​

I do not mean to be rude, but what are you doing? Have you talked to ICSP about something?

I am fine with giving up those characters. If you want, go ahead and take them.
